Maya and Niki.

They're too chicken to kill off anyone major, so my guess would be the obvious; Niki and Monica. Monica's life was left in peril as those gangsters were about to kill her, and my guess is that Niki will go out into the ghetto to find Micah and be killed as well (or something happens to Mohinder and she never receives the vaccine).

Haha since when is Suresh a hero?

Anyways Im hoping for Maya(means Sylar's fully back also that storyline sucked anyways) and Niki(thank god for no more of that boring story) I really dont see them killing anybody important off

If only they meant "Fall from Grace" but no, someone always has to die. LoL.

Anyway, I hope it's not someone major. If they were to kill Peter or Claire, it would be over for me.

... that one of the two Heroes to die next episode is Niki. Her story has floundered since about episode 5 of season 1 and for some reason this has carried over into season 2. Now she's used as simply an empty plot vehicle. I can imagine the writers' discussion over this - "Hey, we need someone to be the carrier for this virus we're incorporating into this season.. Why not Niki? She's not really doing anything right now." You can literally tell when the writers didn't know what to do with her and when they decided to change her character to progress the story. Get rid of her, please.

Now that I'm done complaining, who would you *like* to see go?

I was kind of thinking Niki and Elle. They really have not used Niki for anything remotely interesting other than the end of the Season 1 finale and even that was a stretch. Micah is cared for by Nana and has a partner in crime with Monica. If they don't kill her off, I really want them to use her character for something in a storyline other than being mopey. When she was working with Suresh it was starting to look up then she gets the virus and goes back to mopey again.

I think Elle is pretty expendable at this point.

I'd like to see Maya die, personally. She just never interested me. Not sure about the second person though, I like most of the characters in some way.

It's not going to be anyone majuh, since they can't afford losing their prime characters. It's probably going to be someone insignificant, maybe even Elle, since she's new and one-dimensional, like the weird tampon girl pursuading minds from last season. Not to mention it would ****** off Bob. Maybe she'll die while betraying her "daddy".

It won't be Maya, why would they have built her up.

I agree that they'll probably kill Elle off although that wouldn't be a good move. Elle has the potential of being developed into a more interesting character. What they should do is kill off some of the other characters that don't really add anything to the overall storyline like Maya, Monica, Micah or Niki.

Just stay away from Nathan, writers. If you think the noise when HRG was going to get killed was deafening, you haven't heard anything yet.

Noooo, don't kill Monica. She's the only hero so far to actually go out and actually become a vigilante super hero. Hiro comes close to this, but he's always on some mission to save the world and not beat up random villians like your standard comic book hero. I can see Monica becoming quite a bit more important to the series as long as the run with the whole caped crusader thing.

but anyway, I'm keeping my vote for Niki biting it, and possibly Bob (if he qualifies as a Hero) or Maya (even though she's the best looking actress on the show). It would be a big twist to have Noah get capped and stay dead this time - after returning home to his family. Let's hope they don't do that.

Niki for sure. I would have to guess Maya for other one. if not her then Nathan, he has done nothing remotly useful this season

I'd say the most likely candidates are Maya and Adam...







Think about it, Adam is the foil for this passage, and Maya is the "shiny new toy" for "the rise of an old villain" (Sylar). Just seems to fit.

I think Maya and Niki are as good as dead. But I think Molly might be killed by Sylar. Niki and Maya are likely on their way out, but I think killing Molly would catch us completely off guard and change more characters than the impact of Maya or Nikkis death would. No one cares about Maya, she killed off everyone she knew, well Sylar killed Alejandro but still. And Nikkis character is just a leftover from season 1 and has never been central to the plot in either season. Both are expendable

Without Nathan, Matt wouldn't have gone anywhere with his investigation. Plus if the writers get rid of one of their best actors, then they are truly dumb.

They should get rid of all the useless new characters: Maya, West, Adam, Monica, and Elle. Plus, I hope they kill Peter for good.

Niki and Maya. Niki will stay dead, Mohinder will save Maya. Sylar's death will be implied for the second time yet also like in the finale leave the door open for his inevitable return later down the line.

As always when scenarios like these come up, I'll once again throw my name into the hat of those who will throw things and kick and scream like a little girl if anything happens to Nathan.

I'd still like to see West meet a jet engine, but they'll probably write him off the show quietly.

As for who dies, Niki and Nathan probably. Maya still has to go through a lot of buildup with Sylar, I think, before they can off her properly.

I think Sylar and Adam will be the one to die. And Niki as well. Although that might be more of a cliffhanger.

I hope they really kill Adam though. What a boring and useless villain.

Nathan, Matt, Claire, Hiro, and Elle are pictured with the "2 Heroes will Fall" overlay. I can't believe they'd kill any fan favorites from season 1 over some boring season 2 should-not-have-beens.

OK... I don't think it's Monica and here's why : On G4's "The Post Show", Dana Davis was interviewed one night. She said that her character Monica will play an important role in Volume 3/Season 3.

I honestly don't know who it could be.

Maya- NO, too much character development. It'd be a waste. Same goes for Elle.

Niki- Maybe. But she's kinda of a fan favorite.

HRG- NO. I cried once when they killed him the first time. I'm NOT going through that again.

Sylar- I don't think so. He's a HUGE fan fave. They'd be idiots. (Same goes for Hiro, Peter, and Claire- fan faves)

Mohinder- I sure hope so. He's already dead to me from what he did to HRG.

Matt- Maybe. Trying to stop Sylar from hurting Molly.

Ugh. I have no idea what's going to happen next week. But we do know Sylar gets his powers back! Yes, finally! *does lil dance*

Oh one more thing!...

Adam... it's probably Adam. No specific reason... but I think it'll be him. His head will be cut off. Highlander style!

Maya dies (thank Sylar for that), then gets brought back thanks to Claire's blood.

Sylar forces Mohinder hand over another vile of claire's blood which he uses on himself to regain his powers.

Adam will be dealt with in someway but he won't be killed.

The second death and the one that will most likely stick goes to Niki. This would force/allow for a continuing storyline between Monica and Micah.

I really like West, Maya, Elle, and Monica. The only reason i've started liking West is because he Ladyflew Elle into that car. I'm just praying at this point for Mohinder to die, he needs it, you don't justFANTASTICover HRG and live to tell about it. You get shot in the face just like HRG should have last week when he had the chance.

I don't is maya, because she is only new character in season 2 went the world tour in the summer, even thought no one know her yet. plus according to some interview, she said that she will first do some bad thing then become a good heroes later.

But if she's cured by Mohinder, then she can come back and the promo is still technically true. From the Canadian trailer, it definitely looks like Sylar pops a cap in her.

I'd say Niki based on spoilers and probably Ellie since Kristen Bell is always in demand for other projects.
I sure hope it's not Claire or Hiro which I'm sure it won't be otherwise it's be the final episode ever. (even than I doubt they'd go there.) I wouldn't mind if it was Maya, I don't really care for her I like Monica and West though I hope they make it.

Well, if it goes with what I WANT to see: Niki (I love Ali Larter, but the character sadly have to go) and Monica (she proved that she is more useless than even Maya in last episode) or Claire (really, she hasn't done anything either... and the blood thing, Peter or Adam can substitute her for that)

But I think (and this is gonna be painful) that the ones leaving are:

Niki (this is almost comfirmed already)

and

Sylar! and part of me doesn't want that to happen (Zach is an incredible actor) but another part does because enough is enough, he haven't serve any purpose this volume... and i dont see him serving any purpose on volume 3 that isnt the same "cut, study, pwn" from volume 1.

Nathan is not going anywhere... his arc will start now, so he will be incredibly important in Volume 3.

But of course, nobody trully die in Sci-fi... so we'll see

1) "Fall" does not equal die. Why are you taking the freaking preview seriously?

2) Even if two "die", we have 3 regenerators and healing blood. So again, why are you taking the freaking preview seriously?

Then what DOES fall mean?

Unless of course.. matt and nathan are running to primatech, and matt slips on a bannana peel, grabs nathan for support, and both of them land flat on our faces. THAT is when we say "OH! There! Did you see it? Two heroes just fell!"

fall, especially in the context of a hero, could certainly mean a fall from being a hero, and becoming evil. or lose their powers, or get locked up/trapped/inneffective, etc.

it could also mean that they slip on a banana peel

Niki because of the effect it would have on Micah. It might spur some real development out of him. Kudos to the writers if she burns, trapped inside a building by the lack of strength (virus induced). If she hadn't succumbed to another personality, DL would have been all too ready to save her from that.

Maya is near the top of my list of suspects for the other. I don't think the twin story panned out as they hoped.

I don't think Suresh will die, unless they bring him back.

Caitlin is a possibility.

Molly is another possibility. (Though I don't know if they would show her death.)

Guys, please get your blood thirst in check. "Fall" does not mean dead. It could mean a number of things:

* People falling unconscious.
* People falling from their grace (ie. turning evil).
* People falling into a deep trouble.

Second of all, please check the definition of "Cliffhanger".

You are going to disappoint yourself if you are being so blood-thirsty. None of the situations in here are meant to be deaths. If it is, NBC is not going to mince words and just going to say "2 characters will die".

This, however, will just show characters-in-peril, which is not the same as death. Remember how Peter fell unconscious back in episode 11 last year? Yeah. That's character-in-peril cliffhanger.

I, too, think it will be Maya. They killed her brother off this last episode. Her powers just wouldn't be the same without her brother. He was the yang to her ying. My guess is Sylar regains his powers and kills her. In the preview, doesn't he look like he has blood on him?

Who do I wish they kill off? Niki. She's a useless character. The super strength is cool, but the whole MPD thing really killed her character for me. They overplayed it.

Those are also my two choices

I'd say that Elle and Adam will be the ones to bite the dust. Elle will get Sylared and Adam will get a very bad haircut from Hiro.

I don't think anymore of the new Heroes will fall, but if any do, it would be Maya. I just feel like she hasn't really had a significant plot, but now that shes with Suresh, maybe she can move on to something new.

Niki, while I always root for her survival, is most likely.

Don't kill Matt, he's had way too much character development recently. He's getting really cool, and really questioning his morals. Plus he's one of the only real "normal" characters left. He is the most relate able character on the show.

I could see Adam "Dying." Didn't they say a hero would die when HRG bit it, only to come back? Although the twist wouldn't be as effective. I could see Adam going away for sure for awhile, but he will be back (at least I hope so).

Well, originally from where it cut off from last night I think personally that Hiro and Niki are gonna be kicking the bucket soon so to speak.

Hiro: Sure he's a fan favourite but so far this season he's really only proved to be a menace, breaking history, causing Kensei to go pyscho, the mentality that only "He" can save the world (of course everyone on the show thinks like that..), etcetera etcetera - and the fact that he charged Peter with the katana isn't helping.

Niki: She's been drawn out long enough, put her character to rest before any more humiliation occurs.

Ten bucks says I'm wrong on both perdictions.
