What does Truth and Consequences mean?

Truth -
Niki tells Micah she has the virus
Peter reads Victoria's mind for the "truth"
There were a lot of truths...

Consequences -
Monica tries to be a hero but has not watched a video of someone escaping from a window.

Pretty vague title and has a lot of references to plots..

Truth:
Sylars true intentions are starting to happen.
Maya and Alejandro find out Sylar is a killer.
Hiro finds out who Kensei is and what his intentions are with the virus.

Consequences:
Hiro and Peter facing off.

Thats all I can think of now..

There are lots of consequences in this episode.

Peter trying to save the woman he loves, trusts a man that he met in prision but knows little about, consequence, he is on the path of releasing the Shanti virus, while thinking he's on a noble journey.

Hiro has the chance to tell Peter the truth about the virus, but the first thing out of his mouth is that Adam killed his father, consequence, Peter could careless and he's more bent on getting the virus in Adam's hands.

Maya puts Sylar before her own brother who's protected her this whole time, consequence Sylar kills Alejandro.

Mohinder failed to kill Sylar last season and this whole time he's been trying to protect Molly, consequence, Sylar has Molly.

Keito could have destroyed the Shanti virus in 1977, but the decided hiding it would be better, *sarcasm* some as dangerous as Adam would never find the virus*, consequence 93% of the world's population could die.

I could go on, there are so many cause and effect elements and most of them tie together if you really think about.

Truth: Everyone is acting stupid.
Consequence: Everything is going down the drain.

^Truth.

Consequence: We have to actually watch it become crapola.

I believe the title mostly refers to the virus. The truth of it all is starting to come out and now the consequences will be served.

Truth -> No one seems to be believing it, (the truth, that is) [Maya, Peter, Ell, etc]
Consequences -> They become victims of their own stupidity.

So true.
Also, except for the obvious ones(Four Months Later and Four Months Ago) none of the episode titles have any real meaning. Honestly, did anyone understand the meanings behind Kindred or Out Of Time? It was kind of cheesy, but I liked it when they worked the episode title into the script--
-What are you doing?
-Something unexpected or
-Now the hard part
Just a little thing that was good in Volume One, and not in Two.

Really? The titles have been amazing this year.

Out of Time:
Time Travel, not in your own time.
The clock is running down and there is very little time left, in the present and the future for all our characters. There is no time left, or very little. That one had a million meanings.

Kindred: It means fated to be together -- finding a kindred spirit, someone who understands you and gets you -- is like you. Sylar and Maya -- Claire and West. Not even mentioned in this episode is the fact that all Heroes when they meet each other seem to express that feeling of Kindred: "We were connected," "we were drawn to each other..." Even Nathan tells Niki that he feels she understands him, or gets him or something and they just meet.

Truth and Consequences had a lot of meaning in this episode. So many I can't name them. Ever character pretty much had to deal with both. Even down to what Adam said, "The sins of the parents." The consequences of the older generation is being put upon their children.

Oh, I thought that was where Victoria was trying to tell Peter where the virus was kept.

Anyone else heard of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico?
