Good point, I look forward to seeing an explanation for this.

Never noticed that. Nice find Larkin.

Since Nathan and Peter remember them quite recently I think the picture is a reunion photo.

The 12 were friends.

Victoria quiting the Company doesn't mean she is running for her life like Noah.

Look at it this way. Linderman saying some lost their way could mean a number of the founders were quitters.

It certainly felt that way when Arthur Petrelli was called weak by Linderman.

Kaito didn't seem to be in the chain of command anymore of the Company when Linderman was making his bid for Nathan's presidency through the bomb.

There was a schism between Charles and Linderman before Charles died.

Kaito helping Hiro would certainly put him in opposition to Linderman's machinations.

I think assuming that Victoria left the company after the 1977 incident just because she said "she won't be a part of this" back then and that she was in hiding now, is like assuming that DL must have died from the gunshot wound by Linderman in season 1, just because in the episode right after the season finale, we saw his grave...

It's very possible that she won't be a part of this means she refused to continue the Shanti virus research, but she could still be involved in other parts of the Company's operation that she found acceptable (ex: she might very well have also been doing Mohinder's job, being the resident scientist to research on the nature of superpowers), and then she left for some other reasons afterwards... Given how new the Company was back then, I doubt they have that policy of eliminating those who refused to follow certain order... And especially since she was one of the founders, the others might have bargained with her, allowing her to continue her other "good work" in the company as long as she does not interfere with the safekeeping of strain 138... Also we never found out why people like Kaito and Charles later left, so it's possible that the events causing their departure are also what caused Victoria to leave...

I totally agree . . . it is another mistake.
