Hello and Welcome to Terrorists. This is set near the beginning of Heroes. About the time the Company is forming.
Basically the plot is that there is htis group of merc's for higher, but since they are so powerfull and can cause havoc, most people refer to them as terrorists. They do assainations/sabatoge,protection of important people, you name it!
This is RPG will start with a mission where the group has to work to bring down a target and we will see where it goes from there! First target will be the assasantion of a world leader. Well will need sign ups for Terrorists, bodyguards of the important figure, and the important figure himself/herself. We are going to start with the first target being the Pres. of the US. bodyguards can be powered, the pres can not be. (please whoever is the Pres, no Bush jokes even though i hate him I want this to be serious.)
Terrorists i would like you to have powers that would be helpfull for assasaination/sabotage etc. Bodyguards choose whatever you want.
PS: Yes i know i mispelled Terrorists in the title, how do i fix it?

Ability: Silence. He can make himself competely silent and everything in a 20 foot radius silent. He destroys sound waves he gives off, and soundwaves that are close to him.
Appearance and Equipment.: He has semi-long black hair, and stunning green eyes. He wears a black trench coat. Well built but not very muscular.
On his belt he has 3 knives which look roughly like these:
He has a Ruger .22 Silenced pistol, as well as an SMG.
History: Brought to France at an early age after his father was killed serving the Japanese Secret Service. Other children bullied Shirya for not understanding the Frech Language and looking different. When he was in 7th grade, these bullies started to beat him up after school every day. After one year of thyis, Shirya brought his father old, combat knife from when he was in the war and slaughtered the kids. He started to act strange, excluding himself from the class locking himelsf in his room for weeks at a time.
When he turned 16 he savagely attacked a classmate who was bullying a younger child, who was also foreign. However this time the teenager secaped with a knife owund and told the police. Soon he was brought to a mental facility. His mother died shortly after.
The psychiatrists bothered him endlessly, trying to reach out to him asking many questions. In one paticular session he yelled out for the therapist to "shut the hell up". Suddenly the entire room fell quiet.
After realizing he caused it, he lept up and started smashing the therapists head into the concrete wall. The therepist screamed and screamed, but no one heard his plea's. Shirya took the keys from the therapist and snuck out of the hosipital.
He snuck onboard a plane and returned to Japan. He found some of his Fathers friends from the Japanese Secret Serive. He joinedc the ranks and rose higher and higher because of his exceptional comabt skills. Soon he was a well functioning assasain. But it wasnt enough. He wasnt in charge, he took orders.
Soon he left the Japanese SS and started making a organization, with other people with powers. They do assasainations, protection, sabatoge you name it.
