I spotted something during the first watch of this episode and went back to look at it in more detail - it's a serious lapse of continuity. And I'm not talking broken/unbroken swords here. I've attached an image containing three frames from the episode.

The first frame shows Maya standing up after learning from Molly that her brother is most likely dead. Notice that she is wearing a cross and does not have a bullet hole through her (understandable, seeing as she hasn't been shot yet) and she is wearing a cross on a chain.

The second frame shows Maya confronting Sylar with a bullet hole clearly visible in her chest. She also apparently had time to take off her cross before getting angry.

The third frame shows Maya in a rather unflattering Holy-Crap-I've-Been-Shot pose. Obviously aware that she is about to die she, er, puts her cross and chain back around her neck.

Rushed episode, anyone? huh.gif

Maybe Maya instantly developed a large mole, and was shot in the exact same spot by sheer coincidence. rolleyes.gif

Man, why do I quote so unnecessarily?

No, 'cause, you see, its meant to be like that:

Hiro (having met her later on in series 3) timetravelled in, just as Sylar is about to shoot her, and took Maya away. But - remembering his father's words - he then changed his mind and decided to take her back, thus allowing time to continue as it was. However, as he left her he caught her cross and chain in his watch strap! Realising his mistake, Hiro quickly 'ported back and reattached the chain.

But even Hiro can be a milisecond or two out. tongue.gif

Hm.
"You don't know me, but I'm going to save you now. Ask no questions."
"Yay!"
"Wait, no. I'm not supposed to do that. Sorry."
"Dude, you suck."

I know, seriously, I didn't think you guys needed it spoonfed to you. All very obviously stuff the writers expected us to pick on.

Yeah, happens all the time - twenty to thirty times a season.
Maybe Kring is preparing a "spot the prop-hole" game for Xmas.

I'd rather they make a Sylar Operation... but you know, with brains.

Except in this version when you hit the sides you don't just get shocked, you get electrocuted!
