Just an observation (or two), but do you figure that there might be a bunch o' 50 and up TV viewers that are so loyal that they just keep their set tuned in to CBS?!? 'Cuz, um, no offense, but how else would so many more total people tune in to "Two and a Half Men"?!? And that could mean that more people also like (the actor) Caruso than (the character on "Life") Crews (impossible, I say...)?!? The actors are both red-heads, maybe someone should've changed the channels during the commercial break, and then people would've seen how good "Life" is...

That's wild. CBS had a mostly group o' "encore" presentations (okay, they were reruns...), and yet, the numbers say that station had the most overall viewers.

Of course, I'm biased, 'cuz I like what the peacock network has to offer (although I do like HIMYM and HOUSE...).

What are your ideas about the numbers?

The fact that Two and a Half men won out, but Heroes took the 18- 49 demographic does indicate that older viewers like 2 1/2, while Heroes is more popular with "our generation." Also note after 2 1/2 is over, Heroes takes #1 in the second half, so some people actually tuned in halfway through the show, which baffled me because it's the kind of show you have to watch from start to finish, at least for me. Maybe some people just like the twists, lol.

If ya add up the numbers, 37.51 million people tuned in to those 5 stations around 9 pm, yet that number dropped to 33.5 million by 9:30. HEROES gained .08 million viewers at the half hour mark, so where did the other 3.93 million viewers go?!? The bathroom?
