Hi everybody!

Since Angela is in my opinion the best written character in the show so far, I wanted to see the opinions of the others.

So I created this poll to see how much of you love this character and how many doesn't.

The two first polls are single choice but the third is a multiple choice so feel free to chooce more than one options on the third one as you see fit.

I love Angela. I think it would be a waste to kill her off.

Angela should definitely have a bigger role on the show, perhaps even a main role. She's not my favorite character, but she has so much potential. I especially love Cristine Rose. She's a great actress and is super classy/nice.

You can't kill her off - she's the wannabe Puppet Master!

She knows so many secrets about the Company, and about the other Heroes. Plus she's so sinister and complex that she has to stay.

I don't think she should have more screen time, though. Her scenes are so good and frustrating in that she clearly knows so much more than she's letting on that it would ruin some of the tension if she got a bigger part to play.

I wouldn't say she's the best written character, but she definentely adds alot to the show and she has alot of potential. It would be a waste to kill her off.

She's more connected to the many subplots than any other character. She is the most important story node there is. Kill her and the whole story would fall apart.

The character is not the best written one - it may seem that way sometimes but that's just Cristine Rose's classy acting.

I believe, she's the best actor in the show...not there is much compettion

Angela's a great character and adds a lot to the show. Christine does a great job at acting the part. It'd be a mistake to kill her off.

It clearly shows that she is at least a character many care about and even one if not the only one of the reccuring characters people care most. ^^

I really hope she will stay alive for a few more seasons or if they want her to go that she just go away (like going and staying in france as example ) for a while or a season maybe only to surprise us a season later or so instead of killing her off cause this is one of the most annoying things in the series.

The fact that everytime they want someone to leave they just kill the character off.

So let's hope they will start to make exemptions or at least something different in seasons to come.

Yeah, Angela's a great character and I hope they keep her around, she adds a lot to the show.

I love Angela she's a cold menical B**** but5 she's great due in large part to the actress that plays her ( I can't reacll at the moment) I think without such a great actress playing her I could totally hate,hate the character.

Definitely the best written.

Her character is so morally gray, you're never sure whether she's evil or not. Also, she IS the freakin' puppet master! I think she should be given a main role. For sure.

I am a little frustrated with Angela, to be honest. I feel like they keep teasing us with all this mystery and all this "Woooooh! What's her power! Who did she have an affair with!" but not providing many answers (except Kaito). A lot of hype without corresponding action. It's great to have a mysterious character, but it's approaching the point where they really need to crap or get off the pot.

Christine Rose is amazing, though. I feel like half of Angela's intrigue and complexity comes from her performance. So my criticisms don't mean that I want Angela off the show at all, just that I want her put to full use.

She's a little bit like Sylar to me: I love her, wonderful actor, but I won't mind them getting killed off, AS LONG AS it's a meaningful death for the character.

I'm revisting this thread to say that Angela has wonderful potential. She can easily be the best on the show if they just allowed her to be! She needs more space in the show!

Maybe since the volume is called Villians, Angela will shpw her true potential...

And yes Cristine has been in many many TV shows and movies, her IMDB is in the 100s.

angela is amazing! i just wish they had explored the past generation's powers i mean i guess they showed it but not to the extent i wanted to see. Although i've read they'd definately show her powers this upcoming season.

I like Angela and I hope in Villians we see the true herand her power.

I may not be the best person to comment, but I think she's fine. She isn't as good as Sanjog Iyer. I'd rather have Sanjog back than Angela.

I had to go with "Interesting character." for the first one. I like a lot about the character, but I like the "younger generation" being the main focus, not the "older generation". So, with that, I like her as a supporting character, but I'll never want her to be a main character. So I can't go with "I love Angela!".

I chose "Unsure..." for the second one. I like her on the show... for now. But I think, eventually, the character just won't really have much place, unless they really need / want her for something. I think that the "older generation" will probably eventually go away.

For the last, I just chose "She adds muchs." simply because she does. The character has all kinds of experience, knowledge, etc. and since she's been wrapped up in the whole thing for decades, she knows a lot of people, too. Likewise, there are very few of the "older generation" left that are in the position to potentially provide the "younger generation" with their knowledge and whatnot.

I like her being morally ambiguous, and especially because of that, I can't wait to hear about her past and the past of the "older generation".

At the very least, she can't go until we see her power.

Angela rocks, my brother and I have this inside joke that Angela is my mother and Kaito's my father, and my brother's parents are Nathan and Niki.

So yeah, Angela is one of my favourite characters, and I would die if they killed her. It would be like losing Eden all over again.

She wasn't always a regular? I didn't realise that she just had guest star status. o_o

Yeah, and I think you and everyone else, since she was ignored at the upfronts. Its really said how contracts go, here she had more screen time then James Kyson Lee, yet he can be considered for a best supporting actor nomination AND got half pay during the strike. Cristine can only be considered for Best guest actor and she DID NOT get paid during the strike.

As a villain I think that Angela Petrelli is a more captivating character than Sylar, and certainly better at keeping a low profile. Its interesting to see what happens next w/ her and all this buzz about her ability is fantastic.
