As the risk of sounding stupid - who is Destro?

Destro was a bad guy in GI Joe, an 80's cartoon & toys. He had a silver head. I forget that not everyone was as into GI Joes as I was.

But cool, I'll totally go see him in that! I wanted to see him in that other movie he just did, but it didn't seem good enough to waste my money on...

Kitty, if you meant "The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising," I saw that 9 times in the theater and I now have the DVD. I loved it.

As for the GI Joe movie, this should be interesting and I hope they don't have Chris in the metal mask the whole film. While his voice is lovely and he is talented enough to convey things when you can't see his face, I'd like to be able to look at his face. Also, I hope the mask isn't uncomfortable and I hope Chris has a good time filming it and that he has time to possibly do some filming for season 3 (if he hasn't done filming for that already) .

I hadda make a copy of the promo shot for my desk at work. Even if he does look intimidating he's still hot!

Is it just me, or did he lose (not only the facial hair) but a good amount of weight for that role? He seems a lot thinner to me.

Chris has always been on the lean side. He runs marathons.

It must have been all the facial hair and layered baggy clothing that made him look like he had a little more meat on his bones in Heroes then. Don't get me wrong, I like how he looks either way, I just thought he seemed thinner than he did in Heroes.

I don't know...it's hard to tell...here's a screenie from Company Man...I think maybe he has lost a little weight. His cheeks look a little more sunken in the Destro pic- but that could also be angle and lighting...

I just compared the two shots and I think it's just the lighting (any excuse to stare at him LOL). Either way I find him beautiful.

I think filming is close to completion if it's not already done.
