I think it is bob, but a viewer who rewatched the clip, said that matt's head was being cut open.

However, i will say either bob or matt.

Matt's throat was cut, not his head.

Am I the only one who read the slicing open of one of the biggest stars and immediately thought it was Hayden? (I know I'm not...I just went back and read some of the other posts.)

I guess that popped into my mind because Sylar did it before and its something that may be lingering on his mind.

But then again he would be an idiot if he did that. He'd lose her healing blood. I think if he became king of the world Sylar would imprison Mohinder and Claire in a blood donor facility. For those instances when he goes into battle and then needs a pick me up.

But then again, Sylar slicing open Peter's head is something that really hurt and horrified Peter. I'd have nightmares after that happened to me. I can see Peter also still dealing with that fear.

Now, it could be anyone, but bob and elle are going to be targeted by sylar at the begining of the volume for what they did to him, so they're the most likely candidates, we also saw hiro and matt dead in what looked like a dream sequence so it could be that but i'm pretty sure it's not going to be peter,...i don't know, maybe i'm just hoping for some more substance to the next meeting between peter and sylar.

the list of heroes that have defied sylar and lived to tell about it: Peter, Hiro, Matt, Niki, Noah, Elle, Bob, Mohinder, and Maya,...there, that's a whole list of people he'd like to kill for wronging him, do your own narrowing down, but my narrowing down would be this, most hated by sylar: Peter, Hiro, Elle, Noah; Sylar soft-spot: Mohinder and Maya (I put in maya because she's the closest to love sylar's gotten so far, even tho I'm sure sylar would top chop her head given the oppurtunity); Niki's ruled out because Sylars going to be using her I'm pretty sure; so that leaves Matt and Bob, I don't think sylar knows who bob is yet but i'm pretty sure bob gave sylar the shanti virus, so it's only a matter of time before sylar figures it out, and Matt...well i don't see sylar worrying too much about matt at first, until he see's what matt can do, I'm mean come on matt wasn't much more than a bothersome nat at kirby plaza.

So looking at all that, and where the show is going I'd have to say dream sequence, where it could be all of them or Elle, because she's the most recent to defy sylar. And that's that.

Challenge: Rewrite "Go West" by the Pet Shop Boys to say "Kill West".

If it's Elle i refuse to watch this show anymore. I'll promptly turn my television off, throw away my Heroes Items, and smoke a bong-load or three to forget the show ever happened.

OK, I read and re-read that little tidbit spoiler from kristen and I have to say that based on her hint of "the shows biggest star" I say the person who gets her head cut open is CLAIRE. the reason I say this is because out of all the cast members, Hayden is the most known/famous/gets the most screen time, and killing her (or making the viewers THINK she was killed) would be a MAJOR and ballsy thing to do. I don't thinks it's Elle, becasue for one, Kristin is not the biggest star on the show, she didnt really do much when she was on the show for five episodes last season, and she's not even comfrimed to be back for season 3. And I don't thinks it's Peter becasue Peter and Sylar have already had a big showdown at least 3 times in season 1 so the surprise element there is GONE. And I don't think its Hiro because from what we've heard so far about season 3, He'll be busy with his own issues (the speedster). In fact, the only person we have not heard anything specific about regarding their storyline is Claire, however I doubt that if she is the one getting her head sliced open, that it happens in "real life".
