EOnlineSylarSpoilerYessie in New Orleans: Heroes! Give me something!Gladly! I will give you a bevy of video interviews with our favorites (Masi, Milo, Zach, Adrian, Sendhil, etc.) this week for a Heroes Week extravaganza, so keep checking back. In the meantime, I can tell you this doozy of a spoiler: Sylar slices open the head of the person you may consider the show's biggest star! That happens within the first two episodes and we also learn exactly what he does once Sy-baby pops the lid on our heroic pals, so let's just say that there is plenty to look forward to early on in season three. They are putting some big plot points and answers in motion, from what I hear.

My guess is its Peter.
I was watching the preview for the Jules Vern Festival,
and I saw what looked like ,to me anyways, Peter slump over with blood all over him.
I was thinking that maybe it happens in the future episode.
But since Peter can heal I'm not really sure how that would work,
maybe Sylar just cuts off his head really fast or something.
And it also depends on what she means by "biggest star"
Does it mean the person who is the most famous or who the show centers around the most?
But its exciting that we get to what Sylar does with the brains.

I can't imagine, either, that they'll irrevocably kill off Peter or Hiro (my #1 candidates for the description).
Add the fact that, if it's a dream, whatever he does with the brain then will still be disputed.

If Sylar kills Nathan after he survived the gunshots,
I'm going to shoot someone!
Claire is a likely candidate at some point in the show, I fear. If we're going to have a big Peter/Sylar showdown at some point in the series, it should be on even terms... Sylar could get regeneration from Adam, yes, but it would be more of an emotional impact if it was Claire, and more of an incentive for Peter.
I don't think Claire will get the Sylar experience that soon, though - Adrian Pasdar said that he had a lot of father-daughter scenes with her in season three, and I don't think they'll take place in the afterlife.

LOL
but a flying sylar would be cool ^^
i hope they don't kill someone in a possible future or something like that. We have already seen claire die once in a possible future and if she dies now she has to stay dead and not just in a dream/future.
GoldSeven
May 20 2008, 01:33 AM
If Sylar wants to fly, I suggest West.

I don't want Claire to die, or Peter, or Nathan, or Hiro. As for the victim in question dying in an alternate future, vision, dream etc: I think it's the only possibility. It's been said ages ago that "When Sylar comes back, he'll kill a star on the show". Now we're getting confirmations. This seems like t´something that's being leaked on purpose. If they were actually killing anyone off for good, it would be kept a much better secret.

As GoldSeven said: they definitely leaked this on purpose so I suppose they are trying to lead us into the wrong direction. Everyone will think of Peter or Hiro, but what if they are talking about the most famous actor on the show (that would be Ali Larter, I'd say) or are tricking us otherwise?

Well, I've seen a few spoilers around saying that Nathan will actually die this season, which is better than ending every season with him maybe dying. And personally, I wouldn't mind if it was Niki. I love Ali and I love the Niki character, but as it is, they've got a lot of explaining for how she is to have survived an explosion.

I agree with the biggest stars being Peter, Hiro and probably Claire. If it's really one of those three, I'd have to lean towards the dream sequence possibility. The preview they've shown so far is obviously some kind of dream sequence or possible future, and it's true they're probably trying to mislead us this information.
In any case, I think there's no chance that Peter or Hiro get killed in the first two episodes. Arguably the two biggest draws and characters with the most potential, storyline and otherwise. Claire I could almost believe, other than Adrian saying that he and Claire got a lot of time this upcoming season.
Also, I'm pumped to see Marlo from the Wire join the cast. I don't know the actor's name, but he's real good. If Knox is half as crazy as Marlo, we're in for one hell of a villan.

This has been teased by Kristin since right around the Jules Verne Festival. I still say what I said back then. I think Kristin is talking about the "dream sequence" or "vision on the future" we saw in the Jules Verne festival -- I'm guessing that is the footage the show has decided to keep. Which makes me happy -- for it looks like Angela is having that vision and that's pretty interesting and exciting. Either way, no matter who is having it "angela or Peter," its a vision of the future, I believe.
Also, if its Peter or Claire, which has been teased before - it won't take.

Exactly, if they continue, they're gonna get like Lost, but without the liberty of spreading everything around evenly. Plus, unlike Lost, they didn't start out with 42 characters. They started out with (I can't remember the exact number and I'm too lazy to count) around 15 or so. So people are used to small set of characters. With Lost, people were used to the show switching from character to character from the start. If Heroes starts doing that, people are going to get frustrated.
I second the killing of West! Oh, and Niki, and Mohinder (though Sylar wouldn't gain anything from his death), Maya, and uh, hmmmm.. Claire too.
If Hiro dies, I quit the show. Plain and simple.

Gah... No dream sequences PLEASE! That is one of the 3 things never do in a Sci-Fi show when killing off or bringing back a character. (The other 2 being cloning and time-travel) Not to mention Dream Sequences are so much a clichè now that it would ruin the show outright. Elle just doesn't fit the "main character" bill.
I'd love to see the dream sequence thing if it's done well. NOT if we're told to believe it happened, but in the same way all dream sequences have been handled on the show thus far - they're always short, very poignant, and it always becomes clear immediately that what we're seeing is a dream or a vision.

I'm sure someone else has mentioned this - but the spoiler doesn't say "main character", it says "biggest star" - and Kirsten Bell could said to be that. An absolute waste of a fab character, though.
Main character to me would mean a Petrelli, Hiro, one of the House of M, or Mr Bennet.

I just found this very funny
interview at E!Online, with Kristin interviewing Masi Oka.
And the more they harp on Daphne being an "arch-nemesis", and the more I hear her being equalled to the Joker, I wonder if this news is greatly exaggerated or if the rather cute dredlocked girl is a lot worse than her looks.
In any case, Masi seems to be such a sweet guy. I love people who don't have to show others how cool they are. And now I really want to know who shot JR.

Actually, sylar wants revenge since he said " You tried to take my powers, didn't you "and adam wants to kill bob. So,
Sylar will probably kill Robert , bob, bishop. He could kill angela , make a illusion of her, and control the 12 villians, but i think that is too much work for him.
Still he killed nathan in the future, no way could kring allow sylar to kill nathan. No way would knox kill micah either.
Ooops, wrong time to say that stuff.
He may use illusion to cause havoc and run the company.
He can use TK to torture elle.
However, he wants new powers and revenge, so i will assume he will gather several new abilities in season three.
I wonder if alejandro's ability of poison negation can evolve in power supression? Power negate could be a higher level of alejandro's abiliy.
If sylar gained molly's ability or hiro's ability, ..... he would be a problem. Too bad he does not have maury / matt 's ability of dream telepathy. Maybe he could crack open matt's brain in the dream sequence for 3.2 dreamtime?
Tim sale said his art would still be revelant with sylar/ peter , so maybe peter is dreaming after he bleeds [the scar] , falls, and passes out.

I don't think it would be Adam since the killing takes place in the first two episodes back, and Adam's all in a coffin somewhere and everything. It would take speedy storytelling to get him and Sylar in the same place at the same time. Anyway, I agree with those that say the death probably happens in a vision or dream of the future. This show seems to rely on terrible visions to kickstart its stories.
