A 'Hero' among heroes
Milo Ventimiglia didn’t just hang out by the pool with girlfriend Hayden Panettiere during his summer hiatus. The "HEROES" hottie spent a week in July visiting U.S. Troops in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. “My father is a veteran. My uncle is a veteran. I nearly went into the Navy myself when I was 18,” he tells The Post. “So I got a chance to go overseas and give the men and women of the armed forces a little bit of a respite.
“I said to the USO people, 'Listen, I am not a musician,' so I can’t sing them a song and 'I am not a bombshell,' so I don’t think they are going to want to stare at me, but if I can I would love to speak to them and that is what I got a chance to do.”
