I voted for Charlie (Yaeko wasn't as attractive and Hiro's relationship with Charlie was richer), Simone (His relationship with Niki didn't look too well, Elle was a sadist and I guess Catlyn gets 2nd place) and Meredith (I dunno lol).

For Hiro, I voted for Charlie. In my opinion, that has been the best relationship the show's done, though it was cut short.

For Peter, I voted for Simone. Not that I especially liked the relationship, I just think it worked better than the others. Caitlin didn't seem as believable, and the thing with Elle was a bit of a one-sided thing, not a real couple as I see it. Well for Future Niki, we didn't get to see a real good amount of that relationship, though it did seem there were some issues due to the dark path the future had taken. That aside, there is potential I guess, but it doesn't really fit with present Peter. Niki seems to have better chemistry with Nathan.

I voted Heidi for Nathan. She was his wife, though Nathan was disloyal with Niki in season 1. It seems to me that Nathan had found a really good relationship with her, but the results of all this power stuff has complicated things, driving them apart. In season 2, it seemed that Nathan was wanting to make progress to getting his life back and becoming a good father again. Though, if that doesn't work out, I could see him ending up with Niki at some point. As for Meredith, there was something significant at some point, but Nathan's moved on for the most part.

I voted for all those people, for all those reasons.

EDIT: I just remembered I voted for Peter to be with Elle. Simone annoyed me and the F_Niki thing seemed contrived. I like Elle.

I said Hiro and Charlie (agreed with what Kurt said)

Elle and Peter, they seemed fun

And Nathan and Jessica, because if that happened, hopefully it would give Niki/Jessica/whoever a good storyline

But where's Mohinder and Sylar?

Charlie belongs with Hiro, by default! They were adorable together and developed a genuine relationship.

For Peter, I chose Elle. And that's mainly because I didn't like Simone I'm not really sure why...also, I just felt like there was some chemistry there that could be made into something more.

With Nathan, I voted Heidi because she was a faithful wife and she seemed to be there for him through and through, from his campaign to when he was in the hospital for his burns. However, I probably would've voted for Niki, if that was a choice. Sure, the hookup between Jess and Nathan was hot, but he had an apparent connection with Niki and I would like to see that be rekindled somewhere down the road. The sparks were there! [DAMN, I should've used that pun for Peter/Elle ]

Charlie, hands down. Undeniably the best, purest, relationship they've done on this show.

Elle. Not just because I like her, but because the chemistry between her and Peter was more raw and real than any of the others. (With the possible exception of F_Niki.)

Heidi. It may have been problematic, but it was believable. Meredith's white trash, and Nathan deserves better. And Jessica was a fling.

Looks like I voted with the majority, for the same reasons.

Didn't think to pair Niki with Nathan, though it did look like they had an understanding, at least - my bad for not giving that option - I guess I just included those who shared at least a kiss or it was implied that the people would at least wanna kiss or have kissed before, if it wasn't shown (like for Hiro and Charlie, Nathan and Heidi - was there any PDA? - and Nathan and Meredith).

I voted:

Charlie and Hiro - Cause they were adorable!

Peter and Elle - Cause they were hot!

and Nathan and Heidi - Cause they belong together. (Even though he doesn't deserve her for cheating)
