How spoilery? I actually enjoy listening and doing the transcripts for these (was out of town for last week's though). I'm not gonna watch this one if the spoilers are bad. I already know some spoilers in a general way..I know no one can really answer this question for me.

Fine. No transcript (from me).

LTB, Im a spoilerphobe too and against my better judgment, I watched. Nothing huge was reveled, just one thing I knew already and a couple spoilers in the form of "X would be explained/explored in episode Y," which doesn't give a whole lot away.

One such spoiler here was:
Haitian and his power will be explained around eps 10 and 11

There was none of the more atrocious "X will do Z" or "In Ep A, B will happen"

If you've heard of Level 5 and what's gonna happen there (Im betting lots have), you can hear this and get away largely unspoiled.

I've heard about:

Level 5 and the villains being released
A power serum being developed
Mohinder, and possibly others get a power
and Sylar has a good side, and possibly a child

And that was way too much for me. These were accidental spoilers to me. If there is anything in that video I didn't list, let me know and I won't watch it.

You probably don't want to watch it then, LTB. If you've been trying to avoid anything spoilery and want to be as surprised as possible, I'd say avoid watching this video.
