I rolled my eyes. 

I was watching with my Dad, so I was worrying more about the awkwardness in the room then what was going on on the screen.

I thought it was hot! He looked so different with his hair in his face, and so care-free, etc.

Mohinder was certainly another animal. LOVED the almost predatory expression on his face during the beginning of that. And I'll admit: My first thought was "Wow, Sendhil has been working out!" LOL He looked great. Loved the hair, loved the way he changed it up to show the difference between normal Mohinder and post-injection Mohinder.

They didn't show much of a love scene, though. Maya didn't seem as enthusiastic. I almost expected her to stop it, the expression on her face. But... *shrug* If it happened, it happened. I wonder what they have in store for her character?

was this scene during the first 5 minutes of the 2nd episdoe by any chance/ I dn't remember it and I recall missing 5 minutes of the 2nd episode due to a burrito overdose

I believe that it was. It was the very beginning of episode 2, if I remember correctly. But I think you can re-watch (or watch, since you missed that bit) on NBC's website. They claimed to be showing full episodes last night.

I had enough love/romance in season 2. We don't need that in season 3.

Seriously, though, it just felt like it was thrown in there for the heck of it. There isn't too much chemistry between them, as gorgeous as Dania and Sendhil are.

Sexy! Weird question! lol

But on a more serious note, this scene was also plot-wise interesting, as it shows the beast attitude of Mohinder after the injection. As if he's not totally himself anymore! This will probably be seen a few time again (Mohinder-beast, not the love scenes, you pervs!), giving the character a new, interesting attitude!

I didn't feel a chemistry there, either, desite the writers' desire to show Mohinder in a primal, lusty state. They're both gorgeous, and I shrugged it off as eye candy for a few minutes (although short-lived and rather dull eye-candy). Predictable. I wonder if they'll take that storyline anywhere?

Me and my sister just gaped at how pretty Mohinder looked with no shirt on. But when he started to make out with Maya we threw things at the tv.

They're both so pretty but come on... Maya? As you all said before. There just isn't that chemistry.

Anyway me and my sister think Maya gave Mohinder some form of STD. XD.

Kind of awkward. Was the love scene really neccesary? I think that Mohinder was suffering from
the case of the hots (side effect of the mutant cocktail) sort of like that chick from Species who needed to mate
to make her eggs or whatever.

Gratuitous & tacky. Unnecessary.

Personally, I think it was to show how Mohinderman's little serum has a hormonal side effect. Otherwise, I completely agree with AtlasShrugging.

Either way, I think they're both going to regret it. If Mohinder turns back to his old self, it'll be like he was having some intoxicated one night stand.

And Maya just looked scared to me.

Caffeinedd, I completely agree that Maya looked scared. At first. As I mentioned above, I thought that she would pull away or end the kiss.

Then again, I wouldn't have stopped him, either. Self-induced weirdness or not, Mohinder was in rare form during last night's episode.

But a very pretty form might I add...

To me it seemed that he had some animalistic seducing form on him that made her "fall" without even wanting it.
You noticed that she were barely able to talk after he first kissed her?
It was not only as if she were confused but rather like seduced/paralyzed a bit.

I didn't minded it though cause they both needed a little love and now at least they can share it together.
Whoever says there is no chemistry is just jealous.

I went with it because while it's definitely not "in character" it was highlighting that Mohinder was very much so out-of-character thanks to his rash decision to catch up to his true love nemesis, Sylar. Well, he's catching up alright. Already using the killer's left overs.

Talk about things moving fast. It all seems so forced. While I think Sylar and Maya had chemistry, its too early for me to say that Mo and Maya do or do not.

Maya is lonely, in pain and her last lunatic boyfriend shot her. Not exactly ego building. So at very least Maya is grateful to Mo for saving her life and taking her in. So partly out of gratitude, partly out of loneliness and because Mo is gorgeous and clearly desires her she goes with the flow.

So much for her convent training.

But Adrian has already shown us where this is going--"Brundlefly". And at some point Maya may be running from yet another lunatic boyfriend. Or trying to get him help.

I was watching it through my fingers. Of course Maya would be ok with a man she hardly knows ripping her clothes off Ridiculous.

While I will say that was a hot scene and both Mo and Maya were in rare form. I'm not comfortable with the whole thing.

I'm sorry but no matter how hot you are I won't be screaming at you about how stupid it is to inject yourself with powers. Then when you come back all hot and sweaty and climb on walls let you rip my shirt of and slam me into a desk. Sorry just doesn't seem real.

The only thing that makes sense to me is that the adrenaline where he found the powers(which was Mayas) connected them in some way making them desirable to each other. I understand Mo was under the effects of the injection. What's Mayas excuse?

I hope they find some clever way to explain this besides that Maya gets around...

I was afraid hearing about an exagerated scene... but please... there was nothing wrong... remember the first season with the beautiful naked profile of Simone? Was good so the male audience saw Dania an the female Sendhil... i'm really hoping not for a real sex scene like NYPD Blue or similar, but it was cool.

Unnecessary, yes. Unless they're planning on having him hurt her badly to prove a point. That little love fest would make it even more of an OH SNAP moment, if so.

I think they will regret it for sure. It's not in either of their characters, I don't believe. And yes she did look frightened, which leads me to agree with the pheromone theory...that neither of them had control.

It was definitely the serum that boosted Mohinder's sex drive making him aggressive toward Maya. I think Maya has this thing about being easily seduced by men pretending to help her. First Sylar, now Mo. As excited as he was to get powers, I don't think Mohinder's going create something to get rid of them. He just said that to get in Maya's pants.

1: I've watched the show several times, and I haven't seen what you claim to have seen.
2: Even if there was that shot...it went by so fast that the only way to have seen it is to go through that scene a frame at a time.
