Full Version: Hiro/Ando timeline ahead of rest of show?

Is it me or does it seem like when the season started Hiro and Ando were about a month or so ahead of the rest of the cast/show?

When S2 ended Nathan was making the speech and when S3 started he was still making the speech but somehow Hiro was already settled into his father's office and was getting bored. That had to take more than an hour or so. Am I forgetting something about the end of S2 (can't remember what Hiro was doing).

Am I way off here?

Well, at the end of S2 Hiro was teleporting Adam to the coffin, and then back to Japan with Ando. I suppose it is *possible* that the two of them (and Daphne) are farther ahead of the rest of the cast, but that will get really confusing if it isn't specifically noted in the show.

The timing just seemed off. If at the end of S2 he was putting Adam in the coffin, Nate was making the speech and Hiro was already bored. It would have taken him at least a few hours to look at all the crap in Kaito's gargantuan office.

Well, you forgot something: Hiro can stop time! Indeed, he did played with the clock a lot! One hour for us may be a month for him! lol

And on a more serious note, we all know that Hiro is not much of a desk-worker. He's more a Field-worker! Undoubtly, being the new CEO, for him, should bore him very quickly, maybe after a few days!

I am glad I am not the only one to notice that the Hiro story seemed more than a couple hours after his last scene last season. I mean it is supposed to be the same day as the end of last season and Hiro has already gone from upset about what he had to do to Adam to bored and complacent in what 3 hours?

Exactly, it just seemed off. Matt, Peter & Nathan all seemed to pick up the story right when it left off. Same for Claire and HRG.

But Mo & Maya & Bob & Elle's story also seemed to take a slight jump ahead also.

Shouldn't Elle still be in the sling? I forget if she was or wasn't at the end of S2.

Different storylines take place at different times. In fact, if you take the graphic novels into account, there's 12 days between Bennet and Elle being shot, and Nathan being shot.

Masi Oka said it is 3 to 4 weeks after burying Adam Monreau in an interview.

Wow, at least there is confirmation. It just seems odd to do in the show without giving any indication on screen.
