Oh wow! The Company has them captured now thanks to the Haitian! I hope they manage to get out soon. Guessing the Haitian will be watching over to keep Hiro from simply teleporting out, though. And Ando seems to be the second unspecial kept there, after Noah.
Leek
I loved the scene where they were actually "captured". The Haitian did NOT look happy. I also love the fact that their cell is right next to Sylar's. It's going to be pretty interesting to see how that works.
jryan1027
I thought it was very comical. LOL Don't know that Ando is really level 5 worthy...however, I don't think that keeping them in the same cell is the smartest...they seem to be able to outsmart anything.
themightytruk
Ando did knock out the Haitian! He was "being awesome!" laugh.gif

And yeah, I'm loving Hiro and Ando being back together again. Though, they do seem to be having some trust issues at the moment. The Haitian being brought into Hiro's story is another pretty interesting development, too.

Don't count your chickens! Remember future Ando!

I hope Hiro and Sylar will be having some interesting conversations.
Xodus
Hiro's managed to get both halves of the formula taken in a matter of hours (or however long it's been since he watched his dad's DVD).

Does anyone know how quickly NBC puts the new episodes online? I wanna re-watch it.

Yeah, does Hiro even know that Sylar's alive? I don't think he does..this WILL make for some interesting conversations.
Hakumi
It is sort of interesting when you hear earlier in the episode the company always works with the "one of them one of us" mindset; yet Hiro and Ando also seems to work under the same ideal. I wonder if the company will try to use them to require the formula.
prander
And if Sylar finds out what Hiro's power is...?
conspiracytheory
Serves Hiro right for being such an [expletive].

Poor Ando. ;p
ordinaryhero
ohmy.gif I couldn't bare it if Sylar attempts to take Hiro's power. To me it would be worse then Sylar taking everyone else's powers combined. Hiro is just to innocent for something that horrific. It would be the equivalent of watching a puppy be chopped up. sad.gif

Stopping time trumps telekinesis.

Or anything else sylar's got for that matter.

And lets just say I think I laughed harder at ando knocking out the haitian than at any other scene in this show.

The next day. You can also watch them on hulu.com. I find hulu to be faster, but it may be my connection.

Omg, that's true. I wonder what he'll say when he sees Sylar. Everybody who he thought was dead keeps coming back. First Adam and now Sylar.
The Cheerleader
Level 5 though? Come on, Hiro and Ando couldn't get themselves out of a paper box at the company, No need to use the expensive realestate on them!

Ya know, I cant help but laugh at how Hiro is fouling things up royal this season with regards to that formula. laugh.gif
Trihan
prander, Sylar already knows what Hiro's power is, as he's witnessed it personally on several occasions.
DrStrange
Yeah, where is Future Hiro to fix this mess his former self has caused? Aye yay Aye! Carp needs to be reasoned with; his powers get him into more trouble than he is ready to handle! Things don't look good for our lovable time-traveler.
jamtrax
hiro continues with his tomfoolery and ando becomes collateral damage. i dislike hiro for trying too much but i heard the hints of ando breaking off with him.
pawn6545
No all hiro did is what fpeter did.
evagolden
I do not completely agree that it's Hiro's fault. Yes, for the first half of the formula, it is, no doubt! But for the second half, it's Ando who knocked down the Haitian, preventing him from using his power. Consequently, Daphnee could just pass by and get the formula. If the Haitian didn't went knocked out, his power would have stayed permanently active, thus preventing Daphne from snatching the formula!

So basically, both of our friends messed up this season, in only 3 episodes! laugh.gif

Well Hiro is building himself quite a rogues gallery.

Hypothetical scenario.

Hiro: "I killed you!"

Sylar: "Almost... But thanks to a girl named Candice, who I also killed for her power, I'm alive. Oh yes I still got the cheerleader's power in the end."

Hiro: "You Villain!"

Sylar: "Oh really now? You and I are more alike than you think. We don't want to be ordinary we are both special. Only that evolutionary imperative took me to this path of obtaining power, while destiny choose you to face me.
We are two sides of the same coin."
richual
maybe this is how Ando gets his powers they use him as a lab rat when they receive the formula

I'd definitely believe this. And I'd also believe that after seeing what the formula does, hiro, being misguided would probably think that it was a good thing. Now everyone can be a hero! Hence the possible splitting between hiro and ando's working together.

All he's seen is the teleporting aspect of it, I believe.

Mind you, Hiro's second favourite expression is: "I bend Time and Space!", so I wouldn't be surprised if Sylar/someone at the Company knows/knew.

I'm a terrible person. I actually laughed at that. blink.gif

Seriously, though, Ando might not be Level-5 worthy... and maybe Present-Hiro isn't, either... but Future-Hiro definitely is/could be if he were evil. I think we're beginning to see the shift between present and future in Season 3. And I like it.

At least those who were under Kaito.

Besides Eden already reported it to Benett. I'm sure Benett already reported it to the Company.

Kaito had his son followed.

Not to mention Linderman was annoyed that Hiro stole his Kensei sword.

This, however, would be the kind of interraction I'd love to see between them. That would be a very funny scene XD

So will the Haitian have to hang around in Hiro's cell at all times in order to stop them from simply teleporting away?

The Haitian: ...
Hiro: This guys creeps me out. He's staring right at us, not saying a word!
Ando: Yes. It is how he rolls.
evagolden
Well, he'll probably hang around for a while, but I can bet you that Hiro and Ando will, somehow, get out of jail next week! This season, some people even complain about it, is quite fast-paced, so I doubt they'll leave them in this jail for a complete episode! Worst-case scenario, they will only manage to get out near the end of the episode.

Unless they do with Hiro what they did to Mohinder, Maya and Elle this episode: Not show them at all! But again, considering the importance of the the Formula and of Level 5, and adding to that the fact that Noah, the Haitian, Angela and Sylar's story arc crosses Hiro and Ando's story arc at this point, I really doubt we won't see them.

That's what I'm wondering. If Flint can use his power in his cell, can Hiro?

Hiro was my absolute favorite character in the 1st and 2nd seasons, but this season his maturity level appears to be regressing. He had a bunch of transcendent moments in the 2nd season, especially with his discussion with his father before his death. Unfortunately, this new dynamic between hiro and ando due to his time travel is bringing out sides of Hiro I dislike seeing (specifically the lack of faith in his friend). I think Usutu might become my favorite character on the show. I just hope he becomes a permanent cast member, and doesn't get his power stolen by Sylar (who according to rumors has lost many powers prior to the Shanti virus). If this is true and Sylar lost his power of precognition and Usutu has the same ability, he could become a future meal of Sylar's.

It seems to me that Ma Petrelli doesn't want to use the formula. Also, they don't have it, Daphne stole both halves.
jryan1027
Yeah...Mama Petrelli didn't want that formula leaking...at the core she isn't bad! I really don't think she is.
SaberProductions
The Company might be planning on using the Haitian to keep Hiro and Ando from escaping. He made a comment to Noah about Sylar being only a "Temporary" partner. Obviously, he and the Haitian aren't working together right now. So what's the Haitian to do in the meantime? Perhaps his temporary assignment it to watch over Hiro and Ando.
evagolden
Just thought about something: They don't really need the Haitian to check on the prisoners! They can always drug them, you know? That works! So maybe we'll see him away from our friendly teleporter!
ChidyDog
well, there was rumors of Hiro getting his mind wiped to the point of thinking he's 10 years old, thus effectively "preventing" him from teleporting away; at least in the Company's eyes so the Haitian can be used for other assignments. This is really the only way to hinder Hiro and others HEBs at with similar powers while still keeping the Haitian "in-play" as Angela puts it, just like Peter's Ireland trip.
SaberProductions
Well, if they wipe Hiro's memories and/or drug him and don't do anything to Ando because they don't consider him a threat, Ando could suddenly manifest his powers and blast a hole in the wall without the Haitian there. XD It's not a likely scenario, but it would definitely be awesome!

Possibly. Angela probably wants the Haitian there anyway as a safeguard against Sylar.

They don't have to wait for the formula. They have Mohinder's ability serum now, and I wouldn't be surprised if Ando readily agrees to the procedure if Mohinder offers it to him.

Also, I'm not sure Angela and Kaito's formula is a means to grant abilities... Besides that, I think it could be a safeguard the Company developed to destroy the Earth if it fell into the wrong hands or the unthinkable happened... a kind of insurance policy.

Good? Evil? Both fine choices. It is all really a matter of perspective. She seems to want a better world. The difference is what ends justify which means to her. Her shade of morally gray is just a little darker than most.

ps. LOL insurance . nice one volts

That might be overkill for an insurance policy...

I wonder what Angela will do to Hiro and Ando when she finds out they were the reason the other half of the formula was stolen...

Hi newbie here, please play gentle... biggrin.gif

I did find myself wondering why Hiro and Ando were put in Level 5 - I thought that was where the psychopaths were held? I cant see them staying put for too long, unless the Haitian stands guard outside the cell. I think Hiro is too valuable to Angela, plus she seems to regard his father in rather high affection.

It does seem to be bumbling Hiro and Ando, which is fun for a bit, I just hope he toughens up a bit during this season, and we see a different side to him.

Love all the theories you guys have come up with too.. biggrin.gif
RedWolf
Well Linderman and Angela's plans in season 1 went out the window because of Hiro.

This is the same "Little man" that almost killed Sylar.

Their agents ending up dead when facing Sylar.

Not to mention he both mentored Adam Monroe and defeated him twice.

Angela may consider Hiro too Heroic for the Company's own good.
