Well if Niki/Tracy/Barbara/Jessica(?) were all genetically engineered then I'd assume whatever group/company hired Zimmerman which I'd assume to be: Pinehearst Research

I would recommend to read the online comics with daphne, only 2 issues.

Pinehearst - I too was confused on others references to this, but from what I was told in last weeks forum - there was a button that was handed out during comic-con of a double helix and some kind of video for pinehearst. I may not have that all correct, but apparently the button was supposed to be a clue to the season and future Claire had that button.

Yep. Since the comics are free, it's a good idea to keep up on them now as they seem to be taking things from the comics for the show or visa versa.
