So can he only paint the events of Parkman's life? If so, why him specifically?

while it may be important, I think it is kind of a lame ability to only paint the future of one guy - imagine if the guy wasn't Parkman, but some random guy that worked in an office all day. the paintings would have no relevance, but Usutu would be stuck painting them.

Usutu at a young age decided to only focus on painting the future of one person, he did so likely to refine his ability. Painting/drawing/seeing the future is one thing but being able to pick and choose whose future to see is pretty cool. I guess we will see Usutu paint or draw the future of other characters and he might have already done so but as a boy learning to use precognition i'll bet it helped to find one person then focus on them.
He painted the Earth exploding...so unless that's Matt's fault then he can paint other futures.

That's assuming that he's the one who painted that, I'm kind of a subscriber to the theory that those are markers of where time went wrong.
And to be fair, as long as Matt is still on the earth, that is part of his life/future. It's part of everyone's.

I'm pretty sure he said he painted it cause I know Matt asked about that one. And besides...this is the MIDDLE OF AFRICA!! How many super powered painters are there gonna be?!!
if you look at the requested screen shots thread there is a good link to mosto of Usutu's paintings. One looks like Noah standing over a drugged Sylar. another looks like a blonde(tracy?) throwing some man out of a window, that man looks to me like Nate but I could be wrong

I thought that painting was of Jessica throwing Parkman through that window in Season 1. Remember his first (and only) day as a bodyguard.
It was Jessica throwing Matt through the window. This was confirmed by Greg Grunberg in an on-set interview. I think it was for TVGuide.
