I might have missed this, but can anyone explain the significance of the Primatech Paper box that Claire sees near the end of the episode, which she ends up taking away in her car?

Is she going after HRG, or does the box contain something important that I've missed?

i belive it has information on the villians who Claire will substiquently go after.

It has files on all the people the company captured that were in Level 5 and stuff.

The episode didn't say for sure what was in the box, but we can be sure it was Company files of some nature. And given Claire's plans to go after Sylar, et. al., it's a pretty good guess that it has info about them.

Sylar went through some files, in a box like that, while he was there. I assume it's the same box.

The contents of the box were not explained in this episode, but in several previous.

This is the same box from season two, containing the contents of Mr. Bennet's office. Claire threatened to use the contents to expose the Company then, before her father dissuaded her.

This season, the box has been sitting in their house. Sylar went through it while Claire had herself barricaded in the closet, taking with him the files from Level 5. It seems that Claire is planning on using the information contained in the box to chase down some villains.
