They should have Nathan try to reconcile with Heidi and his sons instead of having him with Tracy/Niki/Ali/Whatever. If he's found Jesus, he should go back to Heidi.
Basically, I'm just griping 'cause I don't like him and Ali Larter together.

You're assuming that Heidi WANTS him back.

I think it's more likely, in this case, that Nathan doesn't want Heidi back. After all, she left him while he was still in the hospital.

Not to mentions after all that happen maybe Nathan doesn't think there is any hope for their marriage, it is what it is. I wasn't bothered by Nathan's behavior. He's divorced or separated he has ever right to sleep with Tracy.

I just read that they will make an appearance this season. I think that Angela may have interest in her grandsons as power runs deep in the Petrelli family.

Just because it happened in the future doesn't mean it'll happen in the present - Peter never hooked up with Niki either.

Yes, I can't see a couple on Heroes being an "item" and getting married. I bet something interferes.

Nathan's sons have always been of interest to me. C'mon, Nathan and Peter's bromance is one of the keys of the show and it just so happens Nathan has two sons of his own..How can the writers pass that up?
In the deleted scene from season 2 when Nathan is in the hospital they definitly set Monty up as the more sensitive, younger brother...Yeah, just throwing that out there

Oh right. Let's all be thankful Jesse doesn't have a brother. That would have become nasty.
Ooh wait, Echo is his brother. Oh God, we're doomed.
Honestly, I can't see why there are people who think of nothing than bromance, Petrellicest, Syhindlar or whatever you might call it when they watch this show...

I agree, if Nathan "got religion" he should be doing ALL HE CAN to reconcile with Heidi.
Poor Heidi is going to flip out completely if one of the boys develops an ability.
Nathan needs to reconcile with her and take her for a short flight to show that he is not crazy.
I know that Tracy is a special but so what big deal, Nathan has a responsibility to stay with his wife and be faithful to her.

Sometimes when one is lost they feel connected to someone who is like them. I think that's Tracy and Nathan. I wouldn't be surprised if it all doesn't work out and we come back to Vol 4 a few months later and Nathan is back with Heidi.

1: He's already failed on the "be faithful" thing.
2: What about her responsibility to him? She left him while he was in the hospital. She took the kids and ran.
Once a marriage has fallen apart like that neither side has a "responsibility" to try and get it back together.

I can't see Heidi taking Nathan back just for the fact that Angela made it clear she didn't want her around anymore. And just because he found "religion" doesn't mean he'll do "the right thing". Lots of people who are "religious" still fail to do what they should... it's called human nature.

Wow. I have no idea where that came from! I swear, I used the word bromance just because I always thought it was a funny word. I meant the brother's bond. That's all. Chill.

See, I don't think Angela was saying "go away" that was just a by product. I think the main goal was - no one can know about us. The same reason Angela went to jail. She doesn't care who is it, Heidi can't believe him and no one can. So to stop Nathan's talking she has to make people believe he's crazy. I don't think Angela shed a tear over Heidi leaving, but I don't think she ever said "you need to go" she said "Nathan's crazy dear, so let's not tell anyone about what he's saying to save his rep."
She was asking her to keep quiet.

I apologize. I guess I've met too many diehard Syhindlar and Petrellicest believers (although the latter are rare on this board, thankfully). I'm sorry I misunderstood you there!

From what I've seen since season 2, Nathan mostly misses his kids. Heidi now lives in a different world; she can't understand what he's going through with his powers. I think he's mostly written her off. I don't think it's immoral of him to want to be with Tracy; he and Heidi split up; he's free. (And I say that even though I like Tracy a lot less than Heidi.)

Also be aware that a year has past in Heroes land and the kids have aged three. I don't think it's a consistence that none of the kids are in the present.

Well, Heroes the series started in autumn, 2006, and in the current timeline, it's spring, 2007, only half a year later. The actors, however, have aged two and a half years in the meantime. Which isn't as much of a problem for the grown-ups, but very noticeable in the children and teenagers. (Lyle is another one who's changed incredibly).

I've been theorizing about this myself. I brought up this same topic in the NBC forums and I think its about time that Simon and Monty develop their abilities and go out and seek Claire to be by her side cause I think that Simon and Monty, like Claire, are starting to hate Nathan and I think Simon and Monty will find Heidi to be a complete bore when they develop their abilities, causing them to find Claire even more. I think that Simon will be like Peter and absorb other abilities and Monty could have any kind of metal from bullets, knives, shrapnel, etc, pass right through him and he could turn his arms into sharp objects like knives. That's a guess in abilities anyways. Soon, we might see Simon and Monty get rounded up by those soldiers on the plane or they may already be on the plane and well see them crash land with the others on Monday.
GO SIMON AND MONTY!

I find Rena Sofer to be a very attractive actress...it upsets me that every show she is on, finds ways to remove her.
A few years ago she played the wife in the very short lived series Blind Justice. I really liked the show. Unfortunately it was cancelled during the first season without giving a legit chance to succeed.
Now, on Heroes, they kick her to the curb because of story lines. I want Heidi back.
is it possible that since Nathan and Heidi weren't born with any abilities whatsoever, that the boys would be ability free. Now I know Nathan carries the genetics for the abilities....but I would think that Peter would be more apt to produce ability laden children.

Can't wait for their return which is why Nathan has to stay in the show and have some quality time with his boys!
Have no idea which kid will have the power or what it will be, will be very interesting to see what it is. Judging by the deleted scene from four months ago Monty seems to be very caring, Empath like Uncle Peter or Healing are thoughts there. Abilites do tend to reflect personalities.
