it appeared Angela was looking at a file of Arthur, similar to the ones Claire stole from HRG. any comments?
Bob Bishop had a file, too.

Given that Angela (in her dream) was surprised to see Arthur alive, I'd say that he wasn't a Level 5 prisoner.

I think Angela think he's dead, but you can clearly see Arthur was in a restore process, maybe they figure a way like make his dna alive.

I'm betting that he's recruiting Adam to, at least in part, give Arthur his blood to heal him.

I agree that Arthur would want Adams blood for his speedy and complete recovery, but, I wouldn't exactly call Knox's abduction "recruitment"
