Linderman said that Parkman was able to read minds and make them do things. When did Parkman acquire the
power to tell people what to do? I thought he could read people minds. Explain.....
Hoopla2
Parkman's power only begins at reading minds, eventually it grows into controlling the mind as well - he has already placed a thought into the Captain's head.

He also extracted information from Angela. She told him something to the effect that he would be no better than his father.
morena
And he managed to lock Maury into his own nightmare.

Yup, Matt's very powerful.

he also made molly eat her cereal
FireFighter
If I remember correctly when Matt encoutered his father he told Matt something to the effect of, "his power hadn't reached its full potential." Indicating Matt's ability goes beyond just reading minds. Whether or not Matt has found the how to unlock his full power, I'm not sure.

The answer to the question was made crystal clear during S2.
FireFighter

Damn Commie (child born out of wedlock). Matt is the greatest villain of them all! wink.gif

PS - The word filter in this place is hilarious.

I thought Brain-Linderman was all Maury's work. So, of course Maury knows what Matt can do and why he wants Daphne to be careful of him.

It'll be fun when they meet... Daphne will be all suspicious and Matt will be all "I must save you, my wife from the future..."
Visitor27
Maury is no way Matt, but he could become him. To Angela just the one act made him that way, but odds are Maury has brain rapped Angela before. Especially now that he seems to be buddy, buddy with Arthur.

Can I just say how I love that the alliences are generational. smile.gif Maury and Arthur are pals just like their sons became.

I hope we get some flashback scenes of all the mobsters in action - Maury, Linderman, Arthur, Bob and Angela. Kaito and Charles too, but as they seemed to not be in that mess I'm gonna say we don't see them in a flashback this season.

I can't imagine Matt going bad. His powers however, would be good for whichever team can get him.

I doubt it was "full on" but Matt advanced his skills tremendously in the episode where he trapped Maury in his nightmare at the Company last season. He tinkered with it a bit in later scenes but I think his skills go way beyond what we've seen. After all, his dad can make Linderman appear.

No Linderman, she sees him, folder is there. Too cool.
