And with her vision of a clearly organized brotherhood of evil mut... er... sorry - a clearly organized villain team, it's almost like she is now scrambling her "team" together to combat what she must assume is his "team". a rather enjoyable prospect, after the lame hero brawl at the climax of season one - all those heroes together and the best we could get is Nikki hitting him with a parking meter, then running away so Peter could punch Sylar? give me a break. I want a complicated power-infused brawl.

She was looking at the file before she had her vision. And after the vision, she couldn't move. My guess is that she knows Pinehearst is involved somehow, and she's looking at the file to get an idea about the other company he created and who might be involved.
