I just thought it was funny after the first time he called her that, the camera panned to Claire and she did sorta look like a Barbie doll lol.

Blonde wig/extensions. Perfect makeup. Yes, I can see how she looked like a Barbie.
Hadn't she been referred to - or perhaps even referred to herself - as Barbie in the past? Seems as though everyone only sees her as a pretty, useless blonde.
