Admittedly, one of the biggest gripes a lot of people have had with the show is that it has waaaat too many characters for its own good. Did this episode clear that up for us though?

We had Maya leaving, and Maury and Lindermann dying, does this mean that the closet is beginning to get cleaned out and the writers are streamlining the character roster a lot more?

yeah i like it cos i never like maya n heroes has a lot of mind readers so get rid of one.

And when the whole Matt thing happened before the commercial break I was like AJOISHJDIUHIEH!1!!11! NO.
But since I didn't put it beneath them to cut off a key character, I don't think they'll stop.
I feel bad for that Ramirez girl though. She had a tough run.

I love the fact that they brought Elle back though, and that she sorta teamed up with Claire. That's quite an unlikely pair, but I think it worked wonderfully (even though I think Claire is an annoying whiner most of the time). XD

Oh and I really, really hope they get rid of Mohinder soon! -___-

Well, at least they didn't off Maya like they did Adam and Maury, so maybe she can come back someday, when they actually have plot for her.

Maya leaving was necessary since, her character wasn't really going anywhere and fans weren't really liking her. Maury dieing was quite unexpected, I didn't see it as necessary, it would have been nice to see Matt and him connecting a bit.

I sort of wish Heroes had more epic death matches, rather than telekinetic-head-snaps.

I always like watching Peter and Sylar face off. It'd be nice to see Maury and Arthur do more to stop each other. Even if it's inevitable that Maury's gonna get owned.

Maybe I'm just a fanatic of epic death matches. ._.

Lol, so true. Her character could have been so powerful, but she ended up being annoying to everyone watching.

Too bad she didn't wipe out Pinehearst first!
