Well, it's kinda this or she dies, or something like that, right? Well, not sure about death, we had a minor clue on her past at the end of the episode, but I think Hiro will see more next episode about here (A LOTS more... sorry, fantasm speaking! lol).

Every time someone has been killed or threatened or hurt and she has been around, you can see her object to it or cringe, feel horrible. It's clear she is not a fan of Arthur's behavior so it would be shocking to me if she puts Matt in danger without trying to help him somehow, even if it makes it clear to Arthur which side she is on.

Agreed. I really like them together. They seem more natural than Nathan and Tracy. Like they could actually work in real life. I hope so much she realizes what's important, and Arthur gets taken down.

Looks like Daphne is playing both sides, while trying to figure a way around all of this. It seems clear that she's not a bad guy, she's just in a really bad situation. She doesn't want to kill anyone, but Pinehearst holds something over her. It seems part of that is that they'll kill her, but I think there's probably more to it than that. We'll have to watch and see! And glad to see the relationship between Matt and Daphne moving along well. Matt should hopefully appeal to her good side and help her find the hero she can truly be. It'll be very interesting to see how this all plays out.

In the future episode, Daphne was working for one of the major companies. Some people have suspected that Claire and the rest are working for Pinehearst...something about a lapel pin they all wear in the future episode or some such.

I think that Daphne finds a way to keep Matt close long enough to get Arthur off her back. He'll have a few distractions with all of his boys going haywire anyway.

Hasn't Matt just listened to peoples thoughts whenever he wanted, even when he wasn't suspecting anything? If so, he probably knows that Daphne is sitting on the fence and not choosing one side or another.
