So as we all know Sylar just killed Elle. I was under the impression that Elle was the mother of Sylars future son. Was I wrong in thinking this? Did the future change already?

IMO. Hiro changed the future when he came and stopped Elle and Sylar from killing Sandra and HRG. Claire would have witnessed her parents being killed, which would explain why FClaire said that he took her family, would allow her to become bad and him to have Noah Gray with Elle. And they might stay in the Bennet house, which would explain why Gabe and Noah Gray were in the Bennet house when Peter went to the future.

Just a theory.

I see what you're saying. Maybe in the timeline before Future Peter came back it happened the way you described. I wonder if they will ever touch on it again. This is another part of the FPeter butterfly effect. However, the way it is now, this scene may be the reason for no baby Noah for Elle and Sylar. (If that's who the parents were going to be)

But according to the comic, it's always been the case that Hiro would teleport Claire out of there. However, I've always thought that Elle was supposed to be Noah's mom, but that the future was changed and Noah no longer exists.

Perhaps. But when Future Peter came back from the future, he sent Parkman to Africa and that began the chain of events that led Parkman to seek out Daphne, which led to Hiro helping Parkman go to Kansas, which led to Hiro ending up in the comic book store.

My theory is a little different, though, and it's that Noah is actually Elle's and Adam's son. Assuming the Company had been using Adam as the catalyst for their formula, the Company may have foreseen that Adam was going to escape or just felt he was a liability so they tried to create a new catalyst. Remember when Adam said he made a mistake 6 years ago and was still paying for it in Season Two? Perhaps that is when the Company started doing so.

I dont know. Even if he stopped the process I'm pretty sure all of the blood loss, from being half Sylarized and shot, might end up killing her anyways. :( which is sad because I love Elle. :(

Sylar 2.0 is actually Candice. Candice watched Sylar 1.0 break open the head of the illusion of Betty; and she learned how to take powers. Then she Broke open Sylars head and Took IA and his other acquired abilities from him. She also acquired the Shanti Virus from Contact with Sylar 1.0's Blood.

The reason that we haven't seen the Mother of little Noah is because Sylar 2.0 is the Mother. Little Noah's Father is Daniel Linderman; who in his youth was Blonde haired and Blue eyed.

Personal Fanon: Someone with multiple abilities (FPeter, FSylar/Gabriel) goes back in time and uses an illusion ability to make present Sylar think he's killed Elle. The time traveler then sends her off into hiding with Claude in London where she raises baby Noah on her own. They might later reconcile once Gabriel's got the hunger under control and if Elle can forgive him for trying to kill her AGAIN.

Also all that red liquid goo formula revived Adam's dustpile on the floor of Pinehearst.

another fan theory: hiro didn't bring elle directly to the beach, he left her somewhere else. She and sylar didnt see eachother for a long, long time, and she ended up having the baby after nine months because she was pregnant with sylar's baby already. After having the baby, elle finally found hiro and demanded that he bring her to sylar, so he brought her back in time to the beach, to the moment after he dropped off sylar. elle never told sylar she had his baby because she never had a chance... he killed her.
