So how messed up do you think Claire's relationship with Angela and Noah will be? She seemed especially disenchanted with Angela by the end of the episode (she angrily told Noah to "get Angela out of the building" even though Angela was right in front of her. She definitly didn't want to speak to her.) And now she knows HRG had some hand in creating Sylar. Or do you think she believed that? Would Noah just deny it and say it was Sylar messing with them if she asked him?

Notice how when the three of them were watching Primatech burn Claire and HRG are standing apart and I couldn't help but think of the explosition at the end of S1 Claire and HRG are holding each other. I think Claire-bear is all grown up.

I'm glad you brought this up. My big gripe about this episode was we never got any indication what Claire's new idea about Angela was - she has ever reason to think the woman is evil and now she's willing to save her and protect her - because Peter said so (which would have to have been off camera) I was hoping for their relationship to broaden. For Claire to understand Angela more, but perhaps it was more to come - the lack of dealing with how these people feel was glaring.

I did get the feeling at the end that Claire heard everything Angela said and that's why she was so upset with Angela. Or that's Hayden's tough voice. She could have just ran out to get her mother like "Get her out of her, I'll get my mom" It was all so vague. And Meredith and Angela in a room together(I know they we're kinda busy) but I was hoping Sylar would make Angela tell more secrets.

As for Claire her Noah, he had his hand on her shoulder. I think they will have this between the, but she loves him, they just have a complicated relationship.

I think the next step in Claire's development is to see how OTHER people have sacrificed for her - Noah and Angela - bad things for a good cause.

Angela nailed all her scenes again as expected! I loved every interaction of hers. Santasmile.gif
The way she were looking in all the different scenes, her eyes told more than 1000 words most of the time!
How her eyes reacted when claire prepared the gun. Really cool. Santasmile.gif

Unfortunately almost the whole episode evolved around Sylar so we got nothing to know about the feelings of the others at all. You would get to think that angela and claire wouldn't just sit there silently the whole time sylar was busy with danny, echo, doyle, meredith and hrg but oh well... <_<

I was happy that we finally got to see more of angela even she unfortunately didn't have THAT much to say until almost the end of the episode.

I didn't liked "Hardcore Claire" that much cause it was partially out of her character but I dealt with it.

What bothered me the most was what they did with Meredith and the way that they put a character like her that were embracing and using her power whenever needed, to all of sudden relying on her weapon only even she knew that her fire would be more effective than the gun she were holding. -.-

Btu she knew the only way to kill/incapacitate sylar was by damaging his brain. Fire aint gonna do that unless Sylar sits around letting you burn him for ages.

I disagree. Claire has been developing in this direction the whole season. It started at the end of S2 and we even had glimpses of this side of hers in S1, for instance when she tried to kill Brody. I loved how she managed the keep her calm troughout the episode. In the beginning she said, she could bring down Sylar and then that's what she did.

BTW: Claire must have a had a reaaally bad image of Angela anyway, the last time she saw her, she was planning to blow up NYC.
