All of my experiences with them have been exceptional. I've met Adrian and Milo about three or four times a piece. In November of 07 and January of 08 I went to see Adrian's play, Atlanta. It was playing at the Geffen Playhouse in Westwood. I think I had heard about it on the official page he once had. I was looking for it this evening and I didn't see it on Google.

It was ran by his high school English teacher.
And the thing about Adrian, he doesn't have to say much for him to charm the pants off you. I don't think he even does it on purpose; it's just who he is. He has such a sweet and quirky personality. And if you ask the right question of him, you'll get an interesting answer. At Comic Con in 08, I asked everyone to describe the theme of Season 3 in a word or a compound word--partly because I wanted to hear Milo say "Melt your Head" in person...which he did say!

But Adrian reacted just as I had hoped he would: his description of Season 3 was Grunny in a thong. He's very quick minded, and has to be one of the quirkiest humors I've come across. He's also a gentleman and sweet.
Milo is nice as well. Very patient. I met him at the Wizard World Con, in LA, last year when he was promoting Pathology and Rest. Then I saw him at Golden Apple Comics, in Hollywood, for the release of Rest. I'll bet you that he'll do a release for Berserker too. I have no idea when the first one is coming out, but I do know the preview ish is out.
The thing about Comic Con, there are too many people. You'll be lucky just to see them. And believe me: seeing them is a very, very special treat all to itself. There might be autograph sessions, though. But not for Heroes. Hayden did one and Milo did one last year. And sometimes the actors stroll by the booth, but it's random and brief.
Do you know of Band From TV? Adrian is an official member of the band. There's a new event coming up in April that Greg, Adrian, and the musicians of Heroes, Wendy and Lisa, will surely be at.
Heroes for Autism It sounds pretty swanky, though. I'm hoping that they at least have a cheap ticket.
I typically find out about things over Livejournal. That's how I heard about this Band From TV event. I knew about Milo at Golden Apple from my friend who goes there frequently. Also, Google News searches are your friend because most events will have press releases.
