Now he just needs to convince Tracy to dance around the pole. No, wait, that's Iron Man.

The Andocave rocks. It's just like Hiro to make a lair and costumes.

This is why i like hiro's way of thinking, he is actually trying to get someone with abilities to actually do some heroic work Overtly, out in the public's eye. This is a step in the right direction to getting people to accept those with abilities, so far if they do nothing as they have been people will have no reason to starnd up with them rather than against them.
The reason Nathan's coming out failed was due to public reactions to people with power, for normal people it was fear of what they could do wrong with them. Had our hero's warmed the public's trust with saving lives from burning buildings, stopping bank robberies, and ect maybe the outing would have been about what they have done that was good.
I'm glad someone finally tried to get someone to use their powers for the good of others, until there are some noble deeds that the public can relate to, they can only see specials as people who can do anything they want.

What he really needs is a stealth jet that rises from underneath of the cherry orchard.
Some real awesomeness there though. I think the "HQ" is a great idea.

From spoilers, I thought the lair and costumes were going to be lame, but they turned out to be not half bad.

It would be cool if Hiro got teleportation back so the lair became globally accessible. Like if Hiro needs something he can just order it to be delivered to the lair and he can pick it up whenever.
I wonder if we'll ever see the Deveaux building or Isaac's apartment as some kind of lair. Or at least keep being a meeting ground for Heroes.

And the Andobike!
I really wanted Ando to go like supersonic on the bike, with his power's amplifying the power of the bikes engine.

I also wanted to see Ando more defined after 2 months of downtime, i hope his power is amplification, allowing him to bolster and increase anything in power including his own strength. amplifying abiant static charge in air = red lightning, amplifying his mementum = red speed, amplifying his eye sight = red eyes and eagle eyes. The potential is endless if his power is shear Amplification.

Ando can only amplify People with power not machines... but that is actually a cool power to have maybe they can use it is as an evolution to Micah's powers, if they ever ahve him back in the show again.

"Was Ando's ability, augmenting others' powers, motivated by his status as the show's perennial sidekick?"Sure was. We've said a lot, especially here in the BTE, that powers are directly linked to people's emotional needs. So our perennial sidekick got exactly what he needed: sidekick juice. But after what we saw Ando do to Hiro in the future, there might be more to that red lightning than just power enhancement – more like a side
kick to the groin.

"Could Ando's power enhance regular people's strength or speed like adrenaline does?"Seriously. How much do you guys love the Ando? We believe that it only affect post-humans, super-heroes, mutants, science-heroes, meta-humans – what have you.

Love how Hiro's money continues to come into play. The whole concept of the Ando-cycle was genius, as was the Ghostbusters reference.

I like your way of thinking! Come to think of it, even if we take the quotes in prander's post at face value, Ando learning to amplify his normal abilities (eyesight, strength, speed, durability, healing etc.) wouldn't be against the rules since he is an evolved human himself.

Instantly reminded me of Ghostbusters, I have expected Janine to pop out of the woodworks... though I'm sure that Hiro's hiring a New York Redhead for the cave as soon as he gets around to it
The Ando-Cycle... legendary... I loved how it had a little power bolt on the paint job, and it cracked me up that Ando would use it for the same purpose I would... to pick up chicks

Loved the new lair Hiro bought!
And Hiro trying to make Ando be a super hero!

Awesome! And with an Andocycle! Too cool.
