Peter has the ability to fly, heal, and super strength
i dont know why he didnt just fly out of the plane, pull a superman, and just carry the plane to the ground

maybe his strength isnt that developed, but besides the whole xray vision, he pretty much has the same abilities as superman

Well, we don't even know if Peter can permanently retain his absorbed powers or consciously and "at will" mimic those retained powers yet.

For all we know, his power now only allows for "one at a time".

You forgot Superman freezes stuff too. He'll probably be stuck as Ultra Boy for a while until he gets back up to his old Superman status. Unless he's The Parasite/Rogue now but I sure hope not.
