For serious. I'm talking about the head SWAT guy. What's-his-name. What a jerk, and no one does a thing about it. I mean, he was literally about to kill Claire, and all Noah and Nathan did was glare at him. Really guys?
I know I am not the only one who is really, really sick of that guy. I also can't be the only one with the feeling that he is going to turn into one huuggee pain the butt, Kill Squad style.
So yeah. I'm just waiting for someone to get one over on this guy. He is reallllly bugging me. How about you?

Well, I guess he'll be the ''final boss'' this Volume (sorry, I'm the gamer-type, but you know what I mean!). We had Sylar, Adam, Arthur, and now it's Danko's turn! Well, either him or Nathan, and I guess much of us fan would prefer Danko dead than Nathan! lol
Still, you may hate him as much as you want, he seems as badass as Noah in his ability to track down powered individuals! That makes him quite dangerous, you can admit it!

If you're really hating this guy, then Zeljko Ivanek is doing a good job.

I seriously love this guy as an actor so much. He was so fabulous in
Damages that it wasn't even funny.
Anyways, enough fantarding from me.
Yeah, I'd really like to see him either get Sylar'd or slapped upside the head with a cluebat. But I'm sure as far as Hollywood morality goes, he'll get his own soon enough.

i think he's one of those characters that we're suppose to hate so that we'll be extremely satisfied when the tables turn on him.
so far this story is becoming a FYG parallel timeline, which makes me wonder if Nathan will be killed off upon his redemption. i'm enjoying seeing Peter's transformation into his F_Peter persona... i wonder if this new limitation will be the cause of his awesome scar?

The head swat guy aka the Hunter, has probably got some bad ****** power, or a really lame one, combined with military knowledge and expertise, so slapping him in the face would be a really bad idea, unless your Sylar of course.
On another note, where's molly? And could they possibly be using her to track down the specials?

Well, we got a name for this guy now: Danko. And we got a pretty good look at the kind of guy he is in this episode. He has no problem with killing people he percieves as threats or problems. He almost makes Nathan look like a saint in comparison. Nathan's plan is a lot nicer than what Danko wants to do. Yeah, think he's the kind of character we're meant to hate. I feel he's gonna be a cause of a lot of problems this volume.

She might. Especially if he keeps going after Claire-Bear. Angela's final words to Nathan put a shiver down my back. I think we may discover just how dangerous the Dreamwalker can be if you make her angry.
The Company's purpose was to protect both Specials and Muggles from the abuse of power. Angela's life work has been defiled by none other than her own son; And now the people she was protecting from the world have been exposed and are being hunted.

This guy give the military a bad name. The way he speaks to someone that is supposed to be in charge of him? He should be demoted and arrested by the MP's for his insubordination. If not for that then on the attempted murder he tried on Claire. Since Claire is not on the fugitive list.

And also for being a psycho. Claire is a 17 year old girl. I don't care what trouble she has caused, to just be able to shoot a 17 year old girls brains out in the middle of a camp is kind of ridiculous. I still can't get over how little everyone freaking out over that.

I think we are going to find out the hunter has a horrible past experience with a special. The special did something like murder his entire family cold blooded or something, so he really hates them and sees no good coming from their existence.
With some of the behavior we have seen from specials in the past, it is a conclusion someone could come to. The specials we have seen do not have a very good track record overall.

His character reminds me of Tobias Brogan from the Sword of Truth books (by Terry Goodkind.) Brogan was convinced that all magic users were evil and that it was his destiny to destroy them. He later discovered his own latent magical ability.
I'm interested to see how Danko's part plays out -- he certainly seems to have something going on, especially with the newspaper article that Angela was looking at.

Considering it was Angola and the article is about civilians getting killed something tells me this guy isn't military per se but a mercenary.
Given how Nathan hints he can be easily replaced something tells me this guy is a war criminal that had a very bad encounter with a special.

Hey now! No slapping the Hunter. Be grateful that he's making an appearance this season, lest you forget the one absolute rule of television:
Show + Zeljko Ivanek = Better Show

I'm waiting to be impressed. Could be the writing's fault and not the actor's, of course.

I cried when
Ray Fiske (his character on Damages) killed himself in that one episode. I was like, "NO! WHY YOU DO THIS?! D:

"
His character on
Damages was 180 degrees different from his character on
Heroes, though. His character on
Damages was pretty damn sad and tragic.

I believe he's one of those characters you're meant to hate. Nathan is relying on him; he can't just rely on HRG. This volume is clearly indicating a segregation of specials, and given the world's recent past, the Hunter's actions aren't too far from the ordinary.
