HRG says he didn't have a clear shot, yet a big, red target was right on Peter's head. Unless he was focused on Tracy, I can't see how he didn't see that and say something to HRG.

GoldSeven
He did, didn't he? I think he shouted at HRG at least once during the encounter to shoot, that he had Peter cold. I'm pretty sure Danko knows HRG let Peter live, and he's not happy about it.

The hunter seemed a little PO'd he didn't take the shot. That how I saw it. Appears both the Hunter and HRG report to Nathan so they don't really have any control over eachother. I'm sure they both have their own idea on how this mission should be carried out so we'll see alot of stepping on toes with them.

He was yelling at HRG to shoot, but HRG insisted he didn't have the shot. Perhaps the guy couldn't see through his gun lense that HRG had it dialed in on Peter's head. I think the clear indication is that he does realize HRG was lying, and that this is yet another bit ot of fodder for the tension that's building up between the Nathan/HRG "Treat the specials as people, bring them in alive, leave my family out of it" and the Danko/extras "Kill the buggers, they're DANGEROUS ANIMALS!!" factions of this government proejct. Perhaps Danko will end up taking charge of the program, at which time Nathan and HRG will begin (openly or covertly) working to bring it down.
GoldSeven
Trent: Yes, I have a feeling that's what's going to happen. Still not sure if Nathan should get away with that. I still think if Nathan is ever killed off on this show (for real, I mean), it should be this time, in a heroic moment, sacrificing himself for the right thing. I'd bawl my eyes out and love every second of it.

Well Danko probably couldn't have seen it because he was looking through his own scope.

With an operation like that both shots probably needed to take place almost simultaniously because of how dangerous the targets were. As such he was probably not risking to look because noah might have shot while danko was not in focus, then danko might have missed and that would have looked bad. So essentially, Danko needed to keep his eyes on his target.

Regardless it looks like this might come down to a showdown between Danko and Noah. I'm excited for this epic clash of the non powered titans. As a person with no powers Noah kicks ****** and i'm interested in seeing how Danko does.

from what i understood, after peter flew off, nathan told noah that he 'had the shot cold'. noah then confirmed that he did, where nathan responded with a 'thank you'. and the hunter had to have known this as well, judging from the glowing red dot positioned right on peter's eye.
GoldSeven
Danko shouted at Noah no less than three times to shoot, he definitely saw the red dot too. Epic clash ahoy! biggrin.gif
