I'm fairly certain that the status will change when the Goon Squad finds out Nathan is one of 'them'. I just wonder if Peter or someone leaks it out. Or somehow Nathan is challenged or in danger or to save Peter, he has to fly.
GoldSeven
I think it's bound to happen, the question is, how soon and for what. I think Peter's mad enough at him to leak it. I'd actually prefer that to the "saving the little brother" thing, we've had that a bit too often.

Well, who has access to the camera footage showing Tracy at the end? Anyone involved with the project who thinks about the fact both this guy's brother and daughter are special, then watches him get accused by his former senate aide should have little problem drawing some unfortunate conclusions.

Even so I can just picture a scene where the Hunter tells Nathan that he knows he's hiding some ability and Nathan threatening him in some way or just outright denying it. Easily sets up more tension between them.

Too bad they couldn't give Nathan a knock to the head and have him forget that he has an ability only to discover it during the climax of the season finale.

Discovery? Yep. It'll happen. I know some things. Keep watching.

If you do know something to come... that would be a spoiler, AnimeGoddess...

My feeling from the very beginning is that he'd have to be exposed at some point. I've been awaiting to find out how and when.

Personally, I'd like to see Peter fly him up into the air, high enough to seriously hurt him if he couldn't fly, and just drop him... either he flies or he gets hurt by the sudden stop at the end.

I think that Tracy already outed him through the camera and the people that were there in the truck.
It must also have a meaning why they showed the other side of the camera filming exactly at the point in which Tracy says that he is one of them so I'm kinda sure that this was a hint already that maybe in the next episode or a bit later they will reveal that the hunter or someone else found out through this recording.

She's an "animal" remember?
What the hell does the hunter care to look at video footage of her getting imprisoned, entertainment purposes?

And they could just think shes only saying that to cause trouble.

Didn't Claire say her Senator Skyboy line in front of a couple of soldiers, I know it's a little cryptic to someone not in the know but I mean it wasn't to hard to figure out what she's saying. It's bound to happen some time.
GoldSeven
Someone might draw the right conclusions from that remark, eventually, even if it seemed nobody heard or noticed at the time.

If you watch the commentary, Kring and the other guy talk about it during the Tracy in Building 26 scene.
