Did i actually miss a few minutes where Peter flew them to India or something!? Or is this just one of the many tidbits that Heroes has yet to explain?

How did they all get off the island.. edit: er, arkansas ?.. and then we see Matt, Peter, and Suresh in Costa Verdes?

I'm guessing Matt's power makes it kinda easy for fugitives to get travel arrangements without questions asked.

What island? The plane crashed in Arkansas. While many consider this an...isolated...part of the US, it is definitely part of the mainland.

As for your other question,

There should still be a record of it, though. Maybe they just get other people to make the arrangements for them, the same way they got rides with random rednecks in Arkansas?

All I can say, is that considering Hiro set up a lair for he and Ando, bought an Ando-Cycle and injected them both with gps trackers, maybe he geeked out enough to set up fake id's and high speed travel arrangements. Something tells me he and Micah would get along very well!

had Tracy and Peter escaped and flew to the location
of the Matt, and Suresh, and Hiro and Ando by tracking them
that was how he was able to pin point their location.

yeah, i love how hiro and ando are wanted by national security and have no passports, but can fly to india fine... i mean, sure, matt gets them on to the plane using his powers, but how do they get off at the other end? and even assuming peter's capable of flying to india while carrying two other people, i'm not sure that he can fly any more, can he? unless he's been very careful not to touch mohinder, matt or ando...

yeah it all seems very sketchy to me
