No screentime? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! wonder how his road trip with Luke is going...
LarLa
I missed Sylar this week too although I can't complain too much as there was loads of HRG.
Citizen
Well, all (at least most of) the screentime had to be dedicated to Noah and the people around him for his backstory. It's also a good move because they can have Sylar arriving to a destination without having to show any meaningless storylines.
Onimon2007
I missed Claire in this episode. sad.gif

And mini-Sylar as well.
baottousai
Haha, I didn't even think about claire -.- I hope we see much of sexy sylar next week :3
Onimon2007
I'm getting very anxious to see where they take this Sylar/mini-Sylar pairing and their quest to find his father. I don't wanna wait another week!
paigequinto
I KNOW! I was disappointed that he didnt get any screentime at all. I thought at the end it would like, check in on the rest of the characters. Sylar/Luke, Claire & that water breathing kid (forgot his name), hiro & ando... etc.
SilverJade
I can't help but laugh because even though Sexy Sylar didn't even appear in this episode he has his own thread in the discussion of it. I can't wait to see what he and Luke, which I can't even say that name without thinking of Star Wars, have been up too.
IGotSuperPowers
yeah, last week I thought there wasn't enough Sylar.
Still a really good episode though.
DoctorClaude
Sylar's busy driving right now. He can't be arsed with screentime.

But yes, I missed him too. Soon we'll be seeing a whole episode worth of Sylar, so it's nothing too crushing.
waiheke
i kind of like it when they focus on one storyline but i am sure the whole road trip will get it's focus as well
TeamElle
I think it was nice to have some time away from Sylar and Claire. Sylar was forced down our throats all last volume -- I can handle a few days without him. Claire... can't she die yet?
morena
Well, they said there will be more focus on less characters per episode, so I wasn't expecting Sylar in this one.

I, as a huge Sylar fan, am comfortable with not having him in every episode. As long as the episodes are really really good like this one.

We are finally back to the old school way of story telling. Not every character is in every episode, especially in focus episodes like this one was.

While I am curious to find out about them as well, I love that they did this. it makes it easier to focus.
Rebel
Well the ratings were WAY DOWN for this episode.

I think Sylar not being in the episode was the reason. Its the same reason that the Oscars were up 13% in viewership over last year.

Girls and some guys like looking at hot Hugh Jackman or hot Zach Quinto. Simple.
Raekon
Claire and Tracy wasn't in this episode aswell so..
Why do we have to see sylar and claire in each and every episode?
I was rather happy we finally got to see more of the others!
This is heroes and it should stay like this, equal screentime for all the mains!
Not only Sylarcentric like the volume 3 was. -.-
Trihan
How can you say that Sylar not being in the episode was the reason for the ratings being down when nobody knew before watching it that he wouldn't be?
Sheindie
I think that more and more people use Tivo, DVR, Internet and Heroes is one of the most downloaded shows - not shown by Nielsen's ratings which are antiquated ..btw, Sylar/Luke were missed ..can't wait 'til Sylar meets his dad
LowerTheBar
I missed Sylar, but I think it's ok he wasn't shown in this episode. I cringe with the memories of the seemingly endless airtime devoted to Sylar and Maya's road trip. I can only watch people sitting in a car for so long.
Sinister
Well they mentioned a 2 day road trip so I figured that meant we wouldn't see him for another 2 episodes. As much as I enjoy Sylar in action watching him repeatedly kill agents can get boring when knowing the outcome. Watching to people driving in a car is also less interesting unless they copied some things from National Lampoon's Vacation. So I can wait a few episodes until they get where they are going.

That's the kind of attitude that killed the show "Drive" after only two weeks.
MagnificoG
I realized about halfway through that this was going to be like one of the old episodes where you don't see some of the other characters and I was actually getting into it. Sylar is my favorite character too, and I was digging the fact the show was still able to be good without him. Then came the ending, and I'm still *headdesking*.
