Could it be that Danko is going to turn out to be Sylars real father? it would be an interesting twist of events and explain his hatred?

I think it's a safe bet he doesn't have a power, isn't Sylar's dad and has a major vendetta toward Specials. He seemed to hint to Noah he may have known about specials even with Noah on the job.

I'm pretty sure John Glover has already been cast as Sylar's dad.

Given Angela's file of some civilian massacre in Angola with a picture Danko I say he had a bad encounter with a special before.

I agree. And Danko almost confirmed it when it pretty much told Bennett he didn't know what Danko knew before this, seemed proof positive that over the last 30 years the secret wasn't kept so tight by primatech - I think he has a ventetta.

Thanks everyone I haven't been able to do my normal in depth heroes research like before so i am glad you are all here to fill in the gaps.

Why is it safe to say he doesn't have an ability? They're not all known about, are they? What if he's just a self-loathing special who doesn't like what he is, hides it, and dedicates his life to eradicating other specials. A bit like that self-loathing, military, Krypto-freak from Smallville. The one who had his own son kill him then try and nuke the whole town.

EDIT: Okay, after reading on it seems less likely. Don't remember seeing any files about anything of the kind, but I trust you guys have got it from somewhere reputable.
