Sylar's name is Gabriel Gray and he was a watchmaker/repairman before he went all bad ******..alright technically he became a serial killer smile.gif

There was plenty of focus on Angela and Noah and this retirement watch, then Noah gives us the "I've always been comforable with morally gray". Could it be at all possible that Noah could be Sylar's dad or uncle or some relative in some way?

I forgot what episode it was when we saw future Sylar "Rachel Ray" Gray with his son baking in the kitchen, and he mentioned that his son's name is Noah. If he's not his relative then maybe he had a hand in his adoption or saved his life in some way. Anyone else agree or disagree?

Noah isn't his father & he probably named his kid Noah in honour of HRG. So no.

See the watch thread for this answer. Sometimes a watch is just a watch. Watches are a universal symbol of retirement - Jack even confirms it on the commentary. I guess you have to be of a certain age to know this.

I just thought that in that particular future Noah and Sylar bond over some sort of life/death situation which never came to fruition because of FPeter coming in and messing everything up.

It would be awesome if they were somehow related because I loved when they teamed up at the beginning of V3 and would want to see more of that.

Enough of the characters are already related. We don't need any more "surprise" siblings or "surprise" children.

I knew a watch was a universal symbol of retirement, that's why I mentioned it as a retirement watch. I just found his choice of words coincidental given the other happening in the show.

But I guess sometimes a watch is just a watch...

The choice of words was just an homage to the episode "company man" from season 1 where he first says he's "comfortable with morally grey." This episode is all about showing that he's still the "company man."

Edit: I had no idea that was my avatar. I guess that comes from reading and never posting.

Fully agree! smile.gif
This also explains the scene in which HRG gives it back to Angela making her smile.
ColorMeToxic
See, I kept hoping Sylar was somehow related to Noah.

A lot of people don't like that idea, but I think I would seriously die of laughter if this happened.
