I feel as if Danko should have just killed Matt. He knows he has a reason to want revenge, more than the rest of 'em anyways. And he has a crazy powerful ability... I know that he needed to show the world the dangers, but I wold think that he'd be smarter about it. (by the way, I have nothing against Matt)

He's not looking forward to prove that he's a mind-reader, only that he his dangerous. The fact that he's a telepath, or a telekinetis, or a teleporter, or a television ( ), is irrelevant. For all I can see, the "normal" population is unaware that those guys have unusual skills.



They get that kind of video, I'm pretty sure the reporters will check the source of it, try to get some information about what they are seeing. Also, Peter probably left some clues about the exact nature of the video's content when he gave it.

The goal is not to prove that those guys that are supposed to be a threat are special. The goal is to prove they are terrorists. The fact that they are special is actually hidden to the population. Moreover, the simple fact that they are special wouldn't be enought to arrest them or kill them.
