I don't know if she was telling him about the Matt bomb or not, but I really liked that whispering part. It was suspenseful and just cool.

It had to have been about the matt-bomb, but I think she was telling him that Danko was behind it all.

I was really under the impression that it might be about Peter's new "tactile" abilities; she said it was something she'd seen (granted, this could easily mean her dreamscape), and then Nathan looked up after Peter. I know it hasn't been ascertained whether or not Peter's absorption actually displays a visual effect (I think it's just their so viewers can see the transfer), but if it is, and she did see it, she certainly could have told Nathan.

I don't, however, have any good idea about *why* she'd tell him, so I could be totally way off-base. But that's honestly the first thing I thought when I saw it...

I agree. With Danko setting up Matt it wouldn't make sense for Matt to learn about the threat from "his" men anymore. "The game has changed," no kidding

Yeah, I too think it's likely she was warning him about Danko setting Matt up the bomb,

Why would she warn him about Matt? He will most probably find out about it like he has with everything else!

It would be too easy for her to tell Matt and for him to swoop in and sort it out, the situation with Matt should be resolved without him

I think Angela has told him that Danko has a power himself and he's been stringing Nathan along the whole time about it, or he doesn't know it himself yet and it could kill Nathan or Peter

There's a bit of urgency with Matt being strapped to a bomb in the middle of DC. Nathan is the most likely candidate for getting there fast.

Not to mention, the preview for next week showed Nathan working on Matt's bomb.

Well, not having seen the preview my theory is that she was letting Nathan know Danko saw him use his flight.

I'm kinda sure that she already had seen the bomb happening and warned him about it as also told him who's behind it this time.

I believe Nathan looked up because he now knows that Peter is going to try to do what he can, but now it's up to Nathan who isn't used to being the hero like this.
Angela probably whispered what we expect that The Hunter strapped up Matt with explosives in DC and where Peter is going which is not where Matt is. I think we will soon get a Peter vs. The Hunter showdown again.

I just rewatched it and I'd say it's possible judging by Nathan's reaction that Angela whispered "He has your father's ability. He's your solution.". That would change the game for Nathan and he would have to be ready.

You actually don't need an atomic bomb to make a mushroom cloud, it depends on the heat in the explosion. Learned that on the Fallout 3 forums

I am thinking she warned Nathan about Matt's Bomb and that Danko set it all up and is rogue.

Is this bomb something Rebel could stop? Is it electric or just fuses?
Could Tracy stop the explosion if she froze the entire harness, bombs and all?

I'm sure a technopath could stop the bomb if close enough (and possibly a digital communicator could too) and that Tracy could freeze it, although there would be a risk they'd do something wrong and set it off.

Tracy could freeze it to stop the bomb, but she'd probably freeze Matt while she was at it.

wouldn't it be weak if it turns out she was whispering "pick up a gallon of 2% on your way home" and only whispered it so peter doesn't hear and think "fn nag" while thinking less of her AND nathan?
