So out of no where Peter comes down an elevator shaft and conveniently saves his mom. Then they fly to the Statue of Liberty, ending the episode with Peter asking "What do you want to do now?"
I think Peters gonna be bringing the fight to Danko now, and somehow Sylar will get in the way, which may lead to another Peter vs Sylar stare down. Peter seems very confident, and I believe he's due for his powers to evolve a bit, bringing him more in line with the future Peter we saw in previous seasons.
Where is Nathan?
What's Matt Parkman gonna be like with Daph dead?
Is Nikki/Tracy coming back?
What's Sylar thinking?

I'm liking Peter in volume four. His two appearances were great. As for Nathan, this is just a side-effect of the rotatory cast that we've been seeing a lot. Matt has already been through one Daphne death, so I think he's ready to cope with this or he'll blame himself for rescuing her from B26. Niki (not "Nikki") and Tracy are dead, and I don't even know why you'd mention Niki in that question. As for Sylar, I don't even know what to say.

It did look like getting ready to strike back. So far, he'd been running; now he's recovered and ready to take the fight to them. I have to say I'm excited.

Tracy is not dead. So stop saying she is. That is why they showed us her blinking.

i have no idea what peter is going to do or not do but the move on his mum should maybe unite he and nathan now as they move forward in an effort to stop danko. at least nathan will want to stop him from messin' with mum.the shot of the two on the staue was great very comic bookish look .

That's a thought. We all remember the last time he thought that Daphne was dead. But I think this time, he'll be more devastated than vengeful.

Ha ha, welcome to the interwebs.
Yeah at first I didn't think she winked, just that a 'tear' rolled out of her eye as a final goodbye. But then I figured that's the kind of obscurity the writers were probably going for.
I guess Parkman is going to be dealing with his estranged wife and kid-activate. Hiro and Ando will be in there somewhere too.
I can't imagine it being all the heroes vs. Danko and Sylar but it could come to that.

Tracy and Niki may be dead, but what about Barbara? I think it should be expected that the writers will introduce her now.
GoldSeven
Mar 25 2009, 07:02 AM
The very fact that there's a Barbara out there waiting to be introduced makes me that much more certain that Tracy is NOT dead.
Just imagine. Jessica? Check. Niki? Check. Tracy? Check. Okay, three down, one to go! Bring on Barb!
Gaaaaaaaaah.

I thought it was a cool scene in the Statue of Liberty, but how did Peter know where his mom was when he saved her? That being said, I do like Peter much better in this season so far. The fact that Sylar has been in Danko's apartment and left Doyle there for him (I'm guessing), Peter and Nathan will end up battling Danko and Sylar in a tag team death match. I don't know what role Angela will have now that she too is being hunted and her power is not exactly an offensive power.

Nathan was last seen flying out a window. So he probably flying around the unemployment line at the moment. Not sure how many friends Nathan has in the government but I doubt it would be enough with Danko having the upper hand.
I think Parkman will be less remorseful since he was able to give Daphne a happy goodbye. I hope he seeks vengeance. I always think Parkman sometimes comes off as a push over and love the scenes when he shows how bad ****** he truly is. I'm thinking he will run into his baby and most likely take telepathic custody. Who is going to say no he can't?
Niki/Jessica (same person, mpd) is gone. Tracy though perceived dead gave us a little wink while crumbling down so implied she is down but not out. I personally would like to see her go but I think Barbara will be the worst(villainy)/best of the triplets and the story is probably not ready for her just yet.
Sylar now has the agenda of just being himself, evil. He knows his biggest threat are people with abilities so he probably will want to take them out. I think he gave Danko, Doyle, as a show of good faith so that if Danko calls his hounds off of Sylar then Sylar will go eliminate people with abilities himself.

Doesn't look like Peter is getting ready to fight, not much a flying man can do right now. He looked a bit upset as well from the tone of his voice, like he was staring over New York knowing he can't do anything about what is going on.

I don't want her to. Peter doesn't need fixing. He's perfect. His power, I mean.

Throwing Samedi into a car isn't really gonna help much is it?

Unfortunately Peter is not in position to fight back, he can run and stay away from them but he can't fight back. Hopefully Angela realises this and attempts to fix that issue. I'm still clinging onto hope that Peter can call upon more than one power.
Think back to Season one, the final episode
Charles says to Angela
QUOTE
"This world won't be saved on strength, what it really needs is heart and that is Peter."
Then think of this
QUOTE
Peter: "I save the world?"
Charles: "You've had the power all along Peter, you just needed to learn how to use it"
Peter: "Why me?"
Charles: "Because there has to be one that's good, there always has and your heart has the ability to love unconditionally. Like I told you, in the end all that really matters is love."
After all the betrayal, I think Peter's heart is broken. It needs fixing, step forth Angela Petrelli....

My guess is that Micah
somehow? let him know that she was in danger. It would be easy for him to track them into any building when he's flying.

The last scene with Peter and Angela reminded me of the Ghostbusters sequel where they animate the statue and march her into Manhattan to inspire New Yorkers to be positive. Saaay...you don't think..

Easier answer to the question about how Peter knew. Angela has shown that there is more to her ability than simple precog dreaming. She appeared to Sylar in his cell. (Yes, I know she said that it was part of his power, but she also said he was her son.)
GoldSeven
Mar 26 2009, 09:32 PM
She needs to be asleep for that, and she wasn't.
If Peter knew his mother was in danger - and there are several ways he might have figured that ought - all it would have taken or Micah to tell him was a short note. Even via ATM machine.

Micah seems to have been listening in to pretty much everything going on in building 26, and if he told Peter where the agents were sent, Peter could have flown anywhere in New York in minutes.

Tracy is alive...lol k
Matt big intangible, more and likely to side with Peter.
Nathan and Claire hiding in Mexico, I'm guessing they'll get help from the Haitian.
Mom isn't gonna do much but act tough, look for Nathan paying big time and Peter evolving.
Sylar is a skeamer.

I don't think Tracy's dead. I mean, they showed her eye blinking or sumthing at the end.
But what you said about Barbara's probably true.
They'll probably going to bring her in at some point or other right? Or, why else would they mention her?
