Full Version: Tracy Strauss Painting
9th Wonders Boards > Episode Discussions > Season Three - Fugitives > 3.20: Cold Snap
Deremy
The painting on the main page of 9th wonders is obviously Tracy Strauss during the last scene she was in!

Are there any more that have yet to happen?
GoldSeven
What painting are you referring to?

You don't mean the one of Niki in front of the mirror, do you? That was from early season one. Tracy didn't even exist at this point. It's just coloured blue so it looks cool.
Citizen
It's Claire.
LowerTheBar
You mean at the top of the page, behind the words "9th Wonders"?

I thought that was Elle and lightning.
Druce
If you're talking about the picture behind the logo, then, like Citizen said, it's Claire standing in the fire from the first season. Here is the whole picture.
LowerTheBar
Cool. I had never seen that picture. Interesting decision to turn her blue for 9th Wonders.
StephW
Like Citizen and Druce said, it's indeed Claire. This blue variant was actually showed in an episode (or two, can't remember).

Heroes Wiki - Claire 9thWonders blue variant cover

If you do a little searching on eBay or such, you can actually see more 9th Wonders comics, among them covers of Niki, Nathan, Hiro and Peter. smile.gif You could just check out the covers on Heroes Wiki too, which has more or less all of them.
paigequinto
waitt... are there real 9th wonders comic books? like, they actually sell what hiro was showing ando etc?
I thought that was fictional... but i just looked them up on ebay and they look legit!
SacValleyDweller
The "Real 9th Wonders comics" are more than likely the promotional ones that Heroes hands out during Comic Con.

Could be, though less likely, that they are the actual props from the show.
Citizen
Yeah, they pop up on eBay from time to time, but they're very expensive.
FlyingGirl
It's a shame we haven't had any "Mendez 9th Wonders" art of the newer characters like Tracy.

If not for the show I'd love to see some used like they use them in the TPB for the online GNs.
