This episode really raised a lot more questions than it answered... remember the grave Peter was digging up in the very beginning, unearthing a skeleton buried with a baseball glove and saying, "This is just wrong"?
So, what on earth happened there?
We have:
A girl who unleashed a storm and caused a fight to break out.
A skull with a bullet hole right through it in one of the graves.
A child's skeleton without visible bullet wounds in another grave.
Okay, we're led to believe that this means that:
There was a sort of uprising in the camp, and people were killed in the storm as well as in the fight.
Then the government must have decided that all these specials were safer dead, and had them executed. (Judging by the first skull Nathan found.)
Apparently, the other bodies were buried with a lot of respect by the government - I mean, burying a kid with his baseball glove? That's either very heart-warming or very cynical.
Does anyone else think there were a lot more stories to be told there, and we should have got more of them, too? Angela still doesn't know a lot more about what happened at Coyote Sands than she did for the last fifty years.
