Some theories please on how Claire got to Nathan (Sylar) on foot, faster than Peter did flying right after him. Did Peter stop off to get a latte and a map? Look everywhere except Nathan's office? Does Peter fly really slowly? Would Daphne be proud of Claire's 'I can't hurt myself' running?

In last week's GN, Peter was ambushed by a group of agents while flying the Washington monument. I think that's the reason for his delay

Still, the GN only showed Peter being down for a few seconds. Claire still beat Peter (who could fly at supersonic speeds in a straight line to Washington) in a car driving from Mexico (or wherever Coyote Sands is) to Arlington, then running from Arlington to DC (not that far but still)
