Sythan, Sylar-Nathan, Sylar-as-Nathan, Nylar?(We need to come up with a name for this... thing)


I'll go with Nylar for Nathan-dominant Sylar and Sythan for Sylar-dominant Nathan

• Nylar will have weird dreams, or flashbacks to doing things he doesn't remember
• Nylar will slowly begin to discover he has abilities other than flight. (Not to mention he won't be able to fly when he tries -- how are they gonna explain that?)
• Sylar will begin to come out of Nathan for periods of time, perhaps at night? or they will struggle for control over his body. Think Fight Club. Eventually Sylar will win. (Duh)
• Sythan will keep pretending to be Nathan.
• Sythan will kill someone a la Claire in 5YG.
• The season will end with Sythan on the campaign trail.

What do you think? Am I close? Sorry if it's confusing with all of the lingo.

5YG Sylar-as-Nathan killed Claire inside Nathan's house. Remember? They talked, she froze, telekinesis started... blood down her forehead... "Sylar". Like that, without the person realizing it's Sylar until it was too late.

Indeed. It's Niki-Jessica redux. (Along with Angela keeping secrets from Peter and HRG keeping secrets from Claire. Remind me why they went to Coyote Sands?) Micah said as much himself, last episode. How boring.

They really do need to rename this show to "Sylar and the Specials". It's certainly not about heroes, and perhaps never has been.

It was called Heroes before they showed a face for fangirls to fall in love with and acting that everyone could.

Pretty much agree with your idea of the direction it's going in. Maybe someone will try to kill Nathan(maybe Danko finds out) only for both of them to find, he is able to heal, leading to him to suspect he's really Sylar. I wonder if to help keep him mislead, Angela and Bennett will lie to him about "what really happened" and tell him they moved his actual mind/soul into Sylar's body. He might be so confused or unsure about what/who he is, he won't know how to act, or how he should act.

And I was thinking of calling him: Sylathan, but I like your idea of having names for both.

Who will be Marla?

Tracy? lol Although she wants Nathan dead so I could see her wanting Sylar to take over just so Nathan can be gone. Actually, that could be really interesting. Imagine Tracy helping Sylar (he could teach her a thing or two about killing sprees) and Peter and Matt on Nathan's side.
