VOLUME 4: LOST

PART 1

It begins at the end of the story of the episode "A Clear and Present Danger". But, picture the plane crashing differently. Instead of Peter touching tracy and freezing the plane, he doesn't and the plane mysteriously loses power. All the people are still wearing their masks for Claire did not have time to take them off due to the plane's sudden power loss and crash. The back of the plane opens and some of the seats fall out of the back landing somewhere right before the plane hits the ground.

The transport plane crashes. But, it has not crashed where it was meant to crash at. It is on a mysterious Island. Luckily, there was a runway that the plane was able to land insteading of completely crashing. The evolved humans on the plane escape from the plane. Some run away randomly, but others, Peter, Matt, Hiro, etc. have stayed. They look around at there surroundings.

Claire: Where are we?

Peter: I don't know, but it doesn't make any sense. It's daylight, and it's nowhere near where we took off. Something's not right.

They look around some more.

Hiro: What are we going to do?

Peter: We have to find help. And since I can't fly right now, I guess we'll have to walk for it.

Matt: Why did they capture us anyway? We've done nothing wrong.

Peter: Yet. Or at least that's what they think.

Hiro: I don't get it. I have no powers. So why take me?

Peter: They don't know that.

Matt: Who was all the plane? If they had people like us then..that means they could have taken Daphne!

Peter: Alright, let's not overreact.

Matt: She must've got off the plane and ran off when it crashed!

Peter: Matt! Calm down! We don't even know if she was captured!

Matt: Yeah. You're right. I'm just overreacting. But, still where are we?

Noah: Claire!

They turn around and see Noah coming from the cockpit.

Claire: Dad!

Noah: Claire, thank God you're ok.

Claire: I can't believe you're involved in all of this! Why? Why did you do it?!

Noah: I did it to protect you Claire. They gave you a free pass if I worked with them.

Claire: I'd rather be captured then betray my friends!

Noah: Claire, I -

Matt: You were in on this?! And you knew it could risk all of our lives and even Daphne's?!
Matt attempts to attack Noah. Peter breaks it up.

Peter: Calm down! We have bigger problems anyway.

Noah: He's right. Go look on the other side of the plane.

They all go to the other side. They see another plane, from Ajira Airways. It seems they are no the only one's who have landed on this mysterious Island.

PART 2

Our friends are looking at the other plane in shock.


Hiro: Another plane?

Matt: So, there were two taking us?

Noah: No. There was only one for you. This looks like more of a regular airline. Look it even says it, "Ajira Airways."

Matt: So, what are the chances of both our plane and whosever plane this is crash landing here?

Noah: Who knows, maybe both of our planes were crossing paths and whatever made us crash must have made them crash too and the survivors of theirs may have gotten out and gone before us.

Peter: Only question is, what made us crash?



MEANWHILE...

Ando was trying to track down Hiro by his GPS signal, but it isn't going well. He is with Daphne who needs to find Matt.

Daphne: So, you can track Hiro anywhere with that?

Ando: Yes, but the last time I looked at it, he was in Russellville, Arkansas, but now I see nothing. I don't know what's wrong. I think something bad may have happened to Hiro.

Daphne: Well, it can't hurt to look there.

Ando: I can't book a flight though.

Daphne: Why fly when you can run?

Daphne grabs Ando and speeds off.

BUILDING 26..

Nathan, Danko and everyone else has just learned about the plane's disappearence.

Nathan: How the hell could it have just disappeared?! Some person who has camoflauge, a crash, what?

Danko: We had people try and locate the plane in case it crashed, but it couldn't be found. There's no trace of it. Noone knows what happened.

Nathan: Damn it my brother was on that plane!

Danko: You mean your brother you betrayed?

Nathan: I didn't betray him! He was a danger to the world! I tried to let him off, but he just wouldn't let it go! So, I wanted to put him in a place he would be safe, and what happens?! The plane disappears!

Danko: Alright easy! Easy! We'll find it, but I must warn you, that when we do, we're going to get rid of them all. I might let your brother slide, unless he tries anything.

BACK ON THE ISLAND

Mohinder's seat had fallen out of the plane with several others. He keeps running and looking around until he eventually finds some houses. He goes up to different ones and knocks on there doors. Nothing. Finally, he comes to the last one there.

Mohinder: Hello?! Hello?! Is anyone there? If there's anyone there, please open the door!

Someone opens the door. Staring Mohinder straight in the face is Frank Lapidus.

Frank: Who are you?

PART 3

Mohinder has just found Frank in the house.

Frank: Who are you?

Mohinder: My name is Mohinder Suresh. I crashed here on a plane and I need to know where I am exactly and what's going on.

Frank: Hmm...that's funny. I don't remember a prisoner on the plane.

Mohinder: You were on the plane?

Frank: Well, if you were there, you should recognize my outfit pal. I was the pilot.

Mohinder: You were the pilot? Wait a minute. That means you know what's happening!

He grabs Frank. He holds him up against the wall with his super strength. Frank struggles.

Mohinder: Why are you working with the government capturing us?!

Frank: What are you talking about?

Mohinder: Don't play dumb! You were flying there plane! You must know something!

Frank: Their plane?! I have no idea what you're going on about! Let me go!

Mohinder: Not until you talk!

Frank: Well, I got nothing to say because I am clueless as to what you are asking! I'm just a pilot of Ajira Air-

Mohinder punches him knocking him out.

Sun walks in the room and is shocked to see Frank knocked out.

Sun: Who are you?!

Mohinder: Are you with him?!

Sun: I don't understa -

Mohinder: Are you with him?!

Sun: Yes, but -

A frustrated Mohinder runs away from the cabin.

Meanwhile, Peter and company struggle to find help. They search the both planes in desperate need to maybe find someone, but there is nothign except corpses.

Claire: What now?

Peter: Alright. We'll go into the woods. Stay together.

They all enter the woods in hopes to find help. They can't find anyone. Hiro looks and sees what he believes to be Ando. He staggers off by himself.

Peter: Guys find anything?

Noah: Not yet. Wait. Where's Hiro?

All yelling for Hiro: Hiro? Hiro Where are you? Hiro?!


MEANWHILE..
Hiro: Ando? Where did you go? Ando?

Nothing. Hiro turns and is shocked to see a thick cloud of black smoke floating in the air.
It looks as though it is studying Hiro.

Hiro: Um..hi?

The black smoke charges at Hiro. Hiro squints and ducks to protect himself and time stops. The Island has restored Hiro's powers. He does not know why his powers are back, and does nto know how to beat this creature. He teleports away back to his friends.

Peter: Hiro! Where were you?!

Hiro: My powers! They're back!

Matt: What? What do you mean they're back?

Hiro: I thought I saw Ando, but it was like this weird monster and I ducked to get out of the way and I stopeed time! I teleport back here! Yatta!

Matt: Monster? That doesn't make any sense! And I don't see how you could get your powers back without the formula!

Peter: Wait a minute. Matt, think something!

Matt: What?

Peter: Just do it!

Matt (THINKING): Ok,...now what.

Peter: Oh my God. I just read your mind! My original power is back.

Matt: You mean, to be like others. Have their abilities? How can you be sure? You could have fell on me and touched me during the crash.

Peter:..Um,...Noah!

Noah: What?

Peter: Shoot me!

Noah: What are you insane?!

Peter: I have to be sure! If I have my original power, then I'll be able to heal from it, so just shoot me please.

Claire: Peter, don't risk it.

Peter: It's ok Claire.

Noah: You're sure about this?

Peter: Yes, now just do it!

Noah shoots. Peter falls over. He heals and gets back up.

Peter: Told you.

Hiro: This place. It must be special. Heals us. Gives us power back. But, that thing that tried to attack me. That monster. It wasn't very pleasant and I think it made itself look like Ando.

Matt: What? You mean like, like a,...a shapeshifter?

Hiro: No no no no. One minute I see Ando. I walk into the woods, the next thing I see is black smoke. Plus, Ando didn't even speak. He never even came over to us. He just sort of stared and walked into the woods so i went after him.

Peter: Well whatever it was, we don't wanna cross paths with it.

Noah: That's why we must stay together at all times. Right Hiro?!

Hiro: Heh...sorry..

The smoke monster heads inside the temple.

Ben is judged by it. He goes back to Locke.

Locke: What happened?

Ben: It let me live.

They leave the temple.

Sun is waiting for them.

Sun: What happened?

Ben: What's done is done Sun. No more you need to know. Let's
go.

Suddenly a woman steps out in front of the three of them.

Woman: Help me you have to help me!

Ben and the others look confused.

Locke: Calm down! Just calm down! Who are you?! What's your name?

Woman: My name is Tracy!

PART 4


Locke, Ben and Sun have just found Tracy.

Locke: Ok, Tracy. calm down. It's ok. Where did you come from?

Tracy: I...I crashed here on a plane.

Ben: You were on the plane? I never saw you.

Locke: Woah, wait a second. What plane?

Ben: The plane that brought us back here John.

Locke: You took another plane?!

Sun: Yes. That woman said it was the only way to get back.

Tracy: I don't understand. What's going on? Who are you people? What is this place?

Locke: Now, wait. If you two were on the plane, where was this woman?

Tracy: I was with the rest of the prisoners on that plane! But wait, if you aren't wearing jumpsuits, then you must not be prisoners so that must mean, you're working with them!

Locke: Working with who? Ben! What's she talking about?!

Ben: I'm just as confused as you are John.

Tracy: Stop pretending you don't know what you did to us! All of us!

Locke: All of who?!

Tracy: You know damn well who! Us! People with abilities!

Locke: Abilities? What? I'm sorry. You'll have to explain.

Sun: What's wrong with her hands?

Locke: What?

They all look down to see Tracy's hand glowing blue. She lifts it slowly.

Ben: John. This doesn't look good.

Locke: Tracy, just stop it. We're not trying to hurt you.

Tracy blasts ice at Locke. Locke ducks.

Ben: Run now!

They all run into the woods and hide in the bushes. Tracy runs after them. She stops, but can't find them. She runs off.

MEANWHILE..


Ando and Daphne have found nothing in Arkansas.

Ando: I don't understand. It said he would be here.

Daphne: Maybe it's broke or something.

Ando: I don't know, but we're never going to find Hiro!

Daphne: Well, we can't give up. I have to find Matt.

Ando: Let's go to New York. We need to find Peter Petrelli. He might know what's going on.

Daphne speeds off to New York with Ando.

BACK ON THE ISLAND

Peter and friends are walking through the woods and finally make it to the beach. There they find Ilana and Bram with a bunch of other people who have tied up Lapidus.

Ilana: Alright. We gotta get him to talk.

Bram: What the hell?! Who are they?!

They turn to see our Heroes. They walk towards them with guns.

Ilana: Who are you people?!

Peter: We're prisoners, but we're not supposed to be. We're innocent. We crashed here on a plane.

Ilana and Bram look confused.

Bram: That's ridiculous. There were no prisoners on board.

Peter: No. You see we crashed on a different plane. Right by yours on that runway. We have no idea where we are.

Ilana: Bram! Come here!

Ilana and Bram talk privately.

Ilana: These people don't belong here. What are the chances of another plane crashing right after ours. I think they're lying. They might be ver dangerous.

Bram: I know what you mean. They could just be trying to fool us into a trap.

Ilana: Go get some more people and guns. We're taking them hostage.

Bram goes over to their people. He comes back with more people and weapons.

Ilana: All of you down on the ground now!

Matt: What? What did we do?!

Bram: Just get on the ground or else!

Noah: Or else what?!

Bram points the gun at Claire.

Bram: Or else I'll shoot the girl!

Peter: Come on. Can't we work this out.

Ilana: I said down on the ground!

Ilana hits Peter in the stomach with the gun.

Claire: Peter!

Peter: Matt...make them stop...

Matt: Ok ok.

Matt gets into their heads and makes them give the guns to them and back up.

Noah, Matt, and Peter are pointing the guns now.

Bram: What the hell just happened?!

Ilana: I don't know! I just felt this sudden urge to give them the gun!

Bram: So did I, but this makes no sense!

Matt: Alright. Now, you're gonna tell us where we are, why you tried to take us hostage, and more importantly, why you have your own pilot tied up?

Lapidus is still knocked out and tied up. He wakes up.

Matt: Ok...Talk...

Ilana: Never.

Matt turns his head getting into hers.

Ilana: We're on an Island. Where it is, I do not know.

Bram: Ilana! Be quiet!

Ilana: We didn't trust you. That's why we took you hostage.

Matt: Uh huh. And why is your pilot tied up?

Ilana: I...he...

Matt tries harder to get the information out. His nose begins to bleed. So does Ilana's.

Bram: Dear God. What are you doing to her?!

Matt tries so hard to get info from her, yet she tries so hard not to let him in for she now knows what he can do. They both pass out.

Noah: What happened to him?!

Peter: He must've tried to hard.

Bram: What the hell is going on! Who are you people?! What did you do to Ilana?!

Peter knocks out Bram with the gun.

Peter: What now?

Noah: I don't know.

Lapidus wakes up. He struggles and screams.

Frank: Help! Help!

Peter: Hey! Calm down! What's going on?

Frank: What? Who the hell are you?! You're another one of those prisoners like that other guy!

Peter: Other guy?! What other guy?!

Frank: The Indian guy. Uh..Mohinder I believe that was his name.

Peter: You saw Mohinder?! Where did he go?!

Frank: He ran off into the woods. He thought I was with the government.

Peter: Oh boy.

Noah: Yes. That would be our fault. You see I was taking these"Prisoners" to a special prisomn, but,..well we crashed here.

Frank: Well, what are the odds.

Peter: Well, if you all crashed here too, then why did these people tie you up?

Frank: I have no idea. They kept rambling on to me about some statue and then knocked me out. Next thing I know, I wake up here talking to you guys.

Peter: Ok. Well, you seem ok. I'm gonna untie you.

Frank: Thanks.

Peter unties him. Lapidus walks around. He sees Matt, Ilana, and Bram all unconscious.

Frank: So, I see one of your buddies got into a little rumble.

He pulls Matt's body over revealing his face.

Lapidus is shocked. And somewhat horrified.

Frank: What the hell?!

He backs away.

Peter: What's wrong?!

Frank: You mind telling me how Seth Norris is alive and why he is one of these prisoners like you?!

Hiro: ..huh?

Lapidus is confused as to why Seth Norris (Matt Parkman) is with them and alive.


Peter: Wait who?

Frank: This guy right here! You don't know him?!

Hiro: We know him, but, he's not Seth. He's Matt Parkman.

Frank: What the hell are you talking about?! I've known Seth for years! He wouldn't change his name, and another thing, he is supposed to be dead!

Peter: What do you mean he supposed to be dead?

Frank: He died in a plane crash here.

Peter: Wait. Hold on. You mean the same plane you came on?

Frank: No! Three years ago! Oceanic Flight 815! It crashed here. He was the pilot! Don't you remember?

Peter: I kind of remember something about it, but the last two years of my life have been pretty rough. I don't pay much attention to the news, unless it's about my brother.

Frank: Well, still you need to realize that he's dead and he shouldn't be alive.

Peter: He never died to begin with! His name is Matt Parkman and he's a cop! Not a pilot!

Frank: Ok enough of this! I'm taking him to get help.

Peter grabs Lapidus by the arm.

Peter: I can't let you do that.

Frank: Seriously, you better let go of me...or it's gonna get ugly.

Matt wakes up.

Frank: Seth! Seth! Oh my God what happened to you?!

Matt: What..What are you talking about?!

Frank: What do you mean Seth?! It's me Frank!

Matt: I..I don't know you buddy.

Frank: Wha?..I...But...Seth?..

Peter: I told you his name's not Seth! It's Matt!

Matt: Huh?..Seth...wha...why are we talking about my cousin now?

Frank: Cousin?!

Peter: Cousin?!

Matt: What? Did I mention I had an identical cousin?

Claire: Is that even possible?!

Matt: Claire, there's a lot of things that we thought were impossible. What makes you think this isn't?

Noah: He's got a point.

Frank: Well, I guess I believe you now, but Seth never told me had a cousin that looked just like him.

Matt: Well, Seth and I weren't exactly pals.

Frank: What do ya mean?

Matt: We didn't get along as kids. We were always debating who was the better one in life since we looked the same.

Frank: Well, that's too bad. I wish you would've got along so we could know each other.

Matt: Well, maybe we can start now. I'm Matt.

Frank: Frank.

They shake hands.

Matt: It makes sense you know each other though. I knew he was a pilot, but I just wish we could've patched things up before he died.

Frank: Died?

Matt: He died in a plane crash in 04. They found the plane in the bottom of this really deep trench.

Frank: Well, I hate to break it to you, but that plane was never found.

Matt: What the hell are you talking about?

Frank: You see, I was looking at the corpse of the pilot on t.v. Seth wasn't wearing his ring. He always does. Not to mention I took a trip here once to get someone for this guy named Charles Widmore. Charles Widmore needed to find this place for why I do not know, but he staged the entire wreck knowing that it crashed here somehow just so noone else could find this island. It's special to him. I met the survivors of the 815 crash here. Seth was nowhere to be found. I'm positive he is dead. Some of the survivors and I left the Island to go back to society and some were left behind. The island disappeared and I have no idea how I'm back here, because I was supposed to be flying some people to Guam, but the same survivors I left here with were on the plane and it crashed here again. Next thing I know I'm knocked out by these two psychopaths trying to take charge and now you show up.

Matt:...wow...so you're saying that the entire wreck was staged? Why would some guy need to find this place? How would it disappear? I don't understand!

Claire: Like you said Matt, there's a lot of things we thought were impossible.

Noah: She's got a point.

Matt: Ok..so now what?

Peter: Now, we have to find our friends and any other survivors of our crash and make sure this guy shows us a way off this Island.

Frank: It's impossible! We can't leave!

Peter: Why not!

Frank: This Island...It...It's unseen to the outside world.

Noah: What the hell are you talking about?

Hiro: Like...Atlantis?

Frank: Sure. Like Atlantis.

Matt: This makes no sense. I mean, sure, people can have abilities, but, weird Islands unseen to the outside world? How is that, yet we crashed on it from the outside world?

Frank: There's a portal. A portal that opens at different locations at different times. We just had to be the lucky ones to find it.

Peter: So you're telling me that there's no way off this Island?!

Frank: That's exactly what I'm telling you.

PART 6


Richard Alpert is in a tent on the beach building a ship in a bottle.


Vanessa (One of the others): Richard! He's here.


Richard goes to look. It is Locke carrying a boar.

Locke: I brought dinner.

Locke sets the boar down in the sand.

Richard: John?

Locke: Hello, Richard. It's been a while.

Richard: It's...it's been, uh, three years. What happened? What...where...where were you?

Locke: I'll explain on the way.

Richard: On the way where?

Locke: It's gonna be night soon. You and I have an errand to run, and we don't have a lot of time.

Richard stares at long in a weird way.

Locke: What's wrong?

Richard: Something different about you.

Locke: I have a purpose now.

Ben and Sun are walking on the beach. Richard sees Ben.

Richard: What's he doing here?

Locke: He helped me get back.

Sun and Ben talk.

Sun: Why did Locke say these were his people?

Ben: When I left the Island, John stepped in. He's the leader now.

Sun: Who's that man he's talking to?

Ben: His name is Richard Alpert. He's a kind of... an adviser. And he has had that job for a very, very long time.

Sun goes over to Richard.

Ben: Sun? What are you...

Richard looks at Sun.

Sun: Were you here in 1977?

Richard: Excuse me?

Sun takes out the 1977 DHARMA Initiative Welcome New Recruits photo from the Processing Center, which she has removed from its frame, folded up, and carried with her, and shows it to Richard.

Sun: These people... Jack Shephard, Kate Austin, Hugo Reyes. They were here with my husband, Jin Kwon. Were you here? Do you remember them? Any of them?

Richard: Yes, I was here 30 years ago. And I do. I remember these people. I remember meeting them very clearly, because... I watched them all die.

Sun, Locke, and Ben look shocked.

Richard: If you'll please excuse me..

Richard and Locke walk away.

A few hours later, Sun is sitting on the beach.

Locke walks up and offers her a water bottle.

Locke: Drink of water?

Sun: Do you think it's true? They're all dead?

Locke: I don't think we went through all this for nothing, Sun.

Richard walks up.

Richard: I'll have a tent prepared for you, John. We'll get going first thing in the morning.

Locke: I thought we could leave right now.

Richard: Now?

Locke: I'm eager.

Richard: We can do whatever you want, but maybe the two of us should go to my tent and talk about-

Locke: Is this everyone?

Richard: Well, there's another group at the Temple, but-

Locke: Well, if you don't mind, I would like to talk to everyone here now.

Richard: Of course. Be my guest.

Locke: Hello, everyone. My name is John Locke. I've been told that for some time, you all have been accepting orders from a man named Jacob. And yet, oddly enough, it seems that no one has actually seen him. Now I'm sure there are very good reasons why his existence and whereabouts are secret. I just don't know what they are. And to be honest with all of you, if there's a man telling us what to do, I want to know who he is.

Sun: This man...Jacob? Can he tell us how to bring jin and the rest of our people back here?

Locke: Absolutely. Richard has agreed to show us where we need to go. So I'm gonna go and see Jacob right now. And I'd like all of you to come with me.

All the Others murmur general agreement and nod their heads.

Richard and Ben talk to each other.

Richard: I'm starting to think John Locke is gonna be trouble.

Ben: Why do you think I tried to kill him?

The next morning on the beach, the Others make their exodus from their camp in a neat column.

LOCKE: Beautiful day, isn't it?

Ben: Yes... so far. Richard had some concerns.

Locke: Concerns about what?

Ben: This pilgrimage to Jacob makes him uncomfortable. He's expressed... reservations about whether or not you know what the hell you're doing.

Locke: I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, Ben.

Ben: I know we've had our differences in the past, John, but I'm here to follow you now. So if you need Jacob to help you reunite your people, then I'll do whatever--

Locke: I'm not interested in being reunited with my people.

Ben: What do you mean? You told Sun--

Locke: I know what I told her, but that's not why we're going to Jacob.

Ben: Then why are we going to Jacob?

Locke: So I can kill him.

Ben, stunned, stops in his tracks and falls behind as the rest of the column passes him by.

PART 7

Our heroes are talking with Lapidus.


Frank: That's exactly what I'm telling you.

Peter: Well,..that's just great.

Frank: I just right now want to know why these two knocked me out.

Ilana and Bram awaken.

Ilana: Look, we're not tryin to hurt you. We just didn't trust you ok?

Matt: Then why tie up Frank? Why were refusing to tell?

Ilana: Because you wouldn't be able to understand me.

Matt: What the hell are you talking about?

Bram: I don't even know why the hell we tied him up to take with us! He didn't know the answer to the question!

Ilana: So?! He may be a candidate.

Matt: Question? What question? I don't - Gah!

Frank: What the hell am I a candidate for? Who the hell are you people?!

Ilana: We're friends.

Frank: So you smack all of your friends in the face with a rifle knocking them out and tying them up?

Ilana: Only the ones we like.

Frank: I don't get you people.

Peter: Well, now that we've established we're not enemies, I think it's time we get moving.

Ilana: You can if you want, we're going to a certain place. A statue.

Frank: Statue? The same one you asked me about?

Ilana: Yes.

Peter: Well, we don't have time to deal with you people and whatever it is that you are doing. We need to find our friends and get the hell out of here.

Frank: I think I'll go with these guys.

Ilana: No! We need you!

Frank: Why?

Ilana: You could be a candidate.

Frank: I have no idea what the hell that means!

Hiro: Stop. We must go now. Our friends are out there and need help.

Peter: You coming or what?

Frank: I..

Ilana: Please. You must stay.

Frank: Good luck with your friends.

Peter: Ok then.

Peter, Hiro, and Matt walk off, but then stop and turn around to see Noah and Claire aren't following. Peter goes to Claire.

Peter: Claire?

Claire: Peter, it's not safe out there.

Noah: She's right. It's not a good idea to go trekking off into the woods.

Peter: Our friends are out there! Our people! We can't just leave them! And what do you mean dangerous Claire?! You can't die!

Claire: They'll be fine. I mean, there's noone hear besides us. Remember?

Noah: And I'm sure with their abilities they'll be just fine.

Peter: Fine. You want to walk out on your kind? You wanna let them die out there? Well, you may, but I don't. I'll save them.

Claire: Peter, I never I said I wanted them to di-

Peter: Enough Claire! Just do what you want.

Peter walks back to Matt and Hiro.

Matt: What are they doing?

Peter: They aren't coming.

Hiro and Matt: What?!

Peter: Just forget it. Let's go.

Frank: So, why are we going to this statue?

Ilana: You'll find out.

Bram and others are carrying a large Ajira Airways crate.

Frank: What's in the crate?

Bram: Your call Ilana.

Ilana: Open it.

They open the box.

Mohinder is having a lot of trouble figuring out where he is and what's going on. He is running and eventually bumps into Tracy.

Mohinder: Tracy? My God...where..where is everyone?

Tracy: I don't know. My seat fell out of the plane.

Mohinder: So did mine.

Tracy: There were these people I met. I think they were some of the people hunting us. Though they didn't look like it, they said were on the plane, and they weren't wearing jumpsuits.

Mohinder: I encountered the pilot and another woman. I assume they were lying as well.

Tracy: We have to find everyone and figure where we are so we can get out of here.

Peter: Hello?! Anyone?!

Tracy and Mohinder hear Peter's voice. Peter comes out of the bushes with Hiro and Matt.

Mohinder: Peter! Matt! Hiro!

Tracy: Thank God!

Peter: Where were you?

Matt: Yeah. We've been looking all over for you.

Hiro: Yes. We almost died looking.

Mohinder: Died? What are you talking about?

Peter: We had a little run in with the people from the other plane.

Tracy: Woah woah woah. Wait. Other plane?

Matt: Yeah. Ironic. Another plane crashed here before ours did. Weird huh?

Mohinder: Oh no. That means,...those people..that pilot...

Peter: What?

Tracy: He encountered other people. And so did I. We kind of..used our powers against them.

Mohinder: Great. And now they think we're the enemy!

Peter: Wait...you mentioned a pilot..you mean Frank?

Mohinder: You know him?

Peter: We kind of made peace with them a few minutes ago. They went off to some statue. Claire and Noah went with them.

Mohinder: Claire and Noah...statue? What the hell are you talking about?!

Hiro: This place...it's special. Very mysterious things happen here. Other people interested. Cheerleader and Noah -

Matt: Ok. Hold on. Will everyone stop calling her cheerleader? I'm sorry it's just...getting old.

Hiro: Ok..Claire...and Noah went with them cuz they believe it's not safe in here.

Mohinder: Okay. Aside from the confusion of the other plane, how are we gonna get out of here? ANd where are we?

Peter: I've got bad news. We're on an Island. Don't know where. But, according to Frank, we can never leave.

Tracy: What do you mean we can't leave?!

Peter: I don't know. The guy said something about portals on the Island opening up at different locations of short periods of time around the world!

Tracy: Wait. Can't Pikachu here just teleport off the Island?

Hiro: Don't call me that!

Mohinder: That's not possible. Hiro's powers are gone.

Hiro: No! W..Wait! This place! It restored my powers! I can get us out of here!

Matt: He's right! Alright, come on. Try it.

Hiro squints. He teleports away.

Matt: Yes! It worked!

He teleports back. He looks upset and confused.

Mohinder: Alright Hiro. You take us to Claire and Noah, then get us out of here.

Hiro: Wait. Something is wrong.

Tracy: What? What do you mean?

Hiro: I should've teleported to New York. But, I'm still here.

Peter: Wait what? You teleported away!

Hiro: No I didn't.

Matt: You teleported and were gone for like 5 seconds.

Mohinder: It's true. we saw you.

Hiro: Then I must've..went through time. Oh! That's it! This place must be more special than i thought. It only restored my time travel and time stop.

Tracy: You have got to be kidding me.

Mohinder: It's really true..we can't leave.

Matt: Well then what the hell are we supposed to do?!

Peter: Let's all just think for a second.

(BLACK SMOKE MONSTER NOISE)

Hiro: Oh no! Run!

Mohinder: What's wrong?

Hiro: Monster!

Tracy: Monster? What the hell is he talking about?

Everyone looks and sees the monster heading towards them.

Peter: Go go go run now!

Everyone runs away from the monster.


MEANWHILE...IN NEW YORK


Ando and Daphne arrive in New York. They go to the Petrelli household. There they find Angela Petrelli.

Ando: Mrs. Petrelli?

Angela: I knew you'd come.

Daphne: How?

Angela: I dreamed you would.

Ando: We...are looking for your son.

Angela: He's not here.

Ando: Well, where is he? Hiro's gone missing and we need to know if he might know anything.

Angela: Peter..is on an Island. And so is Hiro. And Matt also. Noah...Claire..everyone.

Daphne: Matt's with them?!

Ando: Woah. Wait. What Island?

Angela: I don't know. I dreamed about it too.

Daphne: Well, let's find out where it is so we can get there. I'll take us.

Angela: You can't. It can only be accessed a certain way.

Ando: What do you mean a certain way?

Angela: It's unseen to the public. But, I know how to get there.

Daphne: Really..how?

Angela: We have to find a woman...named Eloise Hawking. She'll tell us how to get there.

Our Heroes are running from the monster.


While running, Peter trips and falls. Hiro is the only one to notice while the others run ahead. Hiro runs back to get him. Peter's leg is caught. The Monster gets closer.

Peter: Come on! Hurry! It's coming!

Hiro: I can't get it!

Peter: Yes you can! Just pull!

Hiro keeps trying and stills fails.

Hiro: Wait. I have an idea!

Hiro grabs Peter's shoulder and they teleport away.

AT THE BEACH...

Locke: Take five, everybody! We've still got a ways to go to get to Jacob.

Sun talks to Jacob.

Sun: Who's Jacob?

Ben: He's in charge of this Island.

Sun: You said John was in charge.

Ben: No, I said he was the leader, a title that I've discovered is incredibly temporary. But everyone answers to someone, and the leader answers to Jacob.

Sun: What's he like?

Ben: I don't know, Sun. I've never met him.

Locke: You've been staring for the last ten minutes, Richard. Is there something you'd like to ask me?

Richard: Ben told me that he strangled you.

Locke: That is my recollection, yes.

Richard: He said he was sure you were dead. That he saw your coffin loaded onto that plane that you came back on. How are you alive?

Locke: Well, you've been on this Island much longer than I have, Richard. If anyone should have an explanation, I'd think it would be you.

Richard: I - I have been here a long time, John. And i have seen things on this Island that I could barely describe, but I've never seem someone come back to life.

Locke: And I've never seen anyone who doesn't age. Doesn't mean it can't happen.

Richard: I'm this way because of Jacob. And if I had to guess, he's the reason you're not in that coffin anymore.

Locke: I agree completely, Richard. That's why I'm doing this. So I can thank him. Once I've done that, we're gonna need to deal with the rest of the passengers from the Ajira flight that brought me here.

Richard: What do you mean, 'deal with them'?

Locke: You know exactly what I mean.

Vanessa: Richard! There's some people that just appeared literally out of nowhere on the beach!

Richard: What?

Vanessa: Two guys! In orange jumpsuits! They just showed up.

Locke: Wait, orange jumpsuits? Richard, I forgot to mention we had a little run in with a woman in an orange jumpsuit. But, she ran off. Thought we were with the government.

Richard: Well we're gonna have to find out who these people are. Let's go talk with these guys.

Peter and Hiro have just teleported to the beach.

Hiro: Yatta!

Peter: Thanks Hiro.

Locke: Excuse us!

Peter: Oh boy.

Locke: You mind telling us who you are?

Peter: We crashed here on a plane! We're prisoners. But, we're innocent! We mean no harm!

Richard: A plane? John, would this happen to be the same plane you came on?

Locke: I don't know. I was dead.

Peter: No! We were on a different plane. We've already talked about this with the other people!

Richard: Other people? The people from the plane?

Peter: Yes! Now, please. Don't do us harm. We just want to get out of here!

Richard: Well, I'm afraid that's not gonna happen.

Peter: Ok, but we need to find our friends! We were running from this monster and it kinda separated us.

Locke: Well, I'm sure your friends aren't far.

Hiro: Yes they are. We teleported.

Peter: Hiro! Shhh!

Locke: Teleported? What do you mean teleported?

Peter: *sigh*..you see...we..have powers.

Richard: Powers?

Peter: Just watch.

Peter puts his hand up and makes electricity.

Richard: That's amazing.

Locke: It certaintly is...

Peter: The government was hunting people like us. People with these abilities. We were being transported, but the plane crashed here and it's just gotten bad. Will you please help us?

Richard: Well,...we...

Locke: Richard and I have errands to run with my people. But, I'm sure some would like to stay and help.

Sun: I will help them.

Locke: Sun?

Sun: Like them, I have lost someone close. They have done nothing wrong and deserve our help.

Locke: Whatever you want Sun. It's your choice.

Peter: Thank you.

Sun: You are welcome.

Richard: Well, are we going John?

Locke: Ok everyone! Let's go!

Locke, Richard, Ben, and everyone leave.

Hiro, Peter, and Sun stay.

Sun: Where was the last place you saw your friends?

Hiro: In the jungle.

Sun: Ok. Let's head in there and try to find them.

Peter: Alright.


IN THE JUNGLE..

Tracy, Matt and Mohinder have been running and eventually noticed they lost the monster, but they have lost Hiro and Peter.

Matt: Where are Hiro and Peter?

Mohinder: They were right behind us.

Tracy: Maybe it got them?

Mohinder: What the hell is that thing anyway?!

Matt: We don't know. It's just sort of...here

Tracy: Just some random monster in the middle of the jungle. *sigh*..Great.

Matt: Well, now we're in the same situation as we started pretty much.

Mohinder: So you really think it got Peter and Hiro?

Tracy: Who knows. But, until then, our main priority is surviving.

Matt; She's right. Let's go.

The three wander off.


MEANWHILE..

Claire, Frank, and Noah are looking in the box. John Locke's dead body is in it. Ilana and Bram close it. They start walking along the beach to go to the statue. Claire, Noah, and Frank follow in suit.

Claire: I don't understand. Who's body was that?

Noah: Claire, it's best you not ask questions.

Frank: I can clear that up. One of the passengers on our plane was dead in a coffin. And we don't know how, but he came back to life and is up walking around. I left him and his group of people to come here and that's when these two knocked me out. Only problem is, if he's dead in that crate, and they found him in the coffin from the plane, then how the hell is he still walking around this Island?

Noah: As I said Claire, it's best not to ask questions.
