This may have been mentioned before, so if so sorry. What was the reason for Angela Getting the last known sample of the formula from racheal and where did it go. Does it figure into some future story has it already figured in and I missed it. At one time I believed she might use it to fix peters powers but that never happened. Does anyone have any thoughts on this.

Good question, since it was a flawed version; my guess is she wanted to prevent the use of it as both Mohinder and David couldn't control their power, the next person could become a public threat

Actually mohinder injected himself with his own formula before coming to pinehurst. The formula racheal had should have been of the same batch that peter used. I don't think angela was trying to protect anyone I think she just wanted the sample to keep since the catalas is gone and only one man is sure how to make more. Angela is not so diferent from Authur Petrelli, remember she was ok with destroying new york for the greater good. I bet if she gets Mohinder to work in the new company, it wont be long before she cons him into recreating a new formula( being he is the only one left who can).

The sad thing is I think she always means well at first, but her true nature seems to take over and she looses sight of what she is doing. Odd that the lady how sees the future never sees the ultimate out come of her own actions.

Why exactly would Angela ever think to get Mohinder to recreate the formula when she spent the better part of Volume 3 trying to stop Arthur from using it? I'm sorry, but what you're saying doesn't make much sense.

It's both to prevent the potentially hazardous formula from being used to turn someone into a monster (Mohinder became more insectoid, David got Super Rabies, who knows, the next one who uses that could replicate rapidly without intending to, like Henri Dumont but no control over replication) and something useful in case another catalyst is found to create a new source of the safe version of the formula, she is a skilled manipulator who uses others as pawns, unfortunately even her plans can be derailed by rogue elements and then uncertainty creeps in (recent example, Matt saving Nathan, but not how Angela thought it would be).
