How do U get Ur person a better ranking. I do all the wellness, as well as the factions. I rarly see any events. Yet instead of getting closser to the top spot I seem to be getting further away. Am I missing something?

Join one of the better Factions...if you're compatible with them. Factions influence your ranking, big time. If you want to see how badly, click of the leader of the Phoenix Alliance and then check the top 10-20. Just on points he should be in there but is not.

I am honored that I am used as an example. it appears that until Phase three, the quickest way to jump to the top of the rankings is to join Undaunted. Problem is, with Undaunted number one, people want to join that fraction the most. With that faction the biggest, people who have 40 points can beat out someone in the next ranked faction with 400 points. I dont know all the math and code behind the rankings but factions have a ton to do with it unless you have 300 more points than someone in a higher faction.
