I have a favorite moment when Tracy made Ice sculpture of 26 agents. Also, I liked when Matt Exposed the true Danko to his girlfriend. Felt bad he was so depressed.

Howsabout the end of A Clear and Present Danger, where Peer's holding onto mohinder's hand? I think that's pretty iconic.

I loved Company Man where Claire comes walking out of the house all blown to smithereens and starts healing herself. The look on her families faces and the back ground music was awesome IMO.

The most iconic moment has to be in the first episode when Peter jumps off the building. That was the clinger in the season 1 promos for me. It is also like the most shown clip in Heroes history or so I believe.

Honestly, Peter blowing up in his dream is the best and most iconic. I mean, any scene where they aren't talking seem to be the best ones on Heroes, and that's not a sarcastic knock on the writers lol.

Agreed on all these.

I'd have to say that when Maya first used her power (and the several times after), that was just a WTF moment for most of us, and we were also convinced that the season was going to continue being good.
