I'm so excited that they're finally together! They're so cute!

I got confused because a long while ago there was that GN where it sorrrtt of seemed like they liked one another. But I guess it hadn't really changed much in real life, but suggested that the chemistry was always there.

It's about time! Somebody get some lovey dovey fan vids going for these guys!

Im not sure if this belongs here, and I know this is asking way too much of the writers, but if Ando had been dating Hiro's sister for years, that means he wouldnt have been watching Niki in the first season, right? So wouldnt part of the first season have changed too since he wouldnt have gone to Nikis house or maybe it wasnt important? But I guess Andos unlucky streak with the ladies has ended.

Well just because he was in a relationship, doesn't mean he had to stop watching Jessica. tongue.gif

The thing is, as Niki is dead, it will never come up again. As long as Ando and Tracy do not meet ever, then they will be safe. If they meet, they will have to confront the issue. If they say Ando never knew Niki, it could mess up some things that happened in S1. Possibly. Not definitely.

It's best not to look for the ripples in the timestream unless they show it to us.

I'm rather glad to see these two together. I think Ando deserves it.

Yeah, at first I wanted to jump up and yell about how much they might change in Heroes by doing what they did to Hiro's past, but at the same time, they provide ample enough reason as to why it works. Maybe some things can be changed, little things, that have no bearing at all on the world at large.

They sort of took Time Travel and said, you know what, we're gonna do what we want with it and not care anymore what everyone says. It works how we want it to work and if we want Hiro to go back and accidentally make Ando and Kimiko finally fall in love, then fine, we will.

Honestly, that's how I see it. There's no reason why it shouldn't work.

Honestly, I'm just happy that they're together. I've been waiting since I first found out about them!

I think this relationship does work out! I also wouldn't mind seeing Kimiko with Peter, but her and Ando seem to do well. I wonder if Kimiko has an ability herself and will see it soon unsure.gif

I think it's cute that they're together, but I an't be the only person out there whothinks that the reason she couldn't stand him in the earlier seasons was because he tossed a slushie on her.

Pretty amazing to see Hiro actually make a significant change to the past, though he was kinda forced into it. I thought it was well done how Ando thought nothing had changed. To him, the slushie had always fell on that "random guy", who he didn't know was Hiro. Only the time traveler is aware of the previous reality. It's a good sign and I really think time travel can be used well again, and it'll be interesting to explore what small changes can be made without disrupting the key events.

There are some interesting things to wonder about, such as how this affects Ando's views towards Niki in season 1 or his relationship with Kaito, etc. Though, I think generally everything makes sense to have led to the same basic story we are currently at.

It'll be interesting seeing Ando from this new perspective of actually being in a relationship, and with is best friend's sister to boot. I got a sense from the past interactions that there was some chemistry between Ando and Kimiko, and if all that was stopping before was one slushie accident from the past, maybe Hiro changing the timeline was meant to occur to correct and bring the two together. Though, I imagine it must feel weird for Ando to hear from Hiro that he's the reason Kimiko has liked him for 14 years.

Well, I wouldn't think it would be the only reason. Events probably compounded from that moment onward to solidify her view of Ando.

BTW, has it been definitely established that Kimiko doesn't have an ability? Both her parents did, and her brother, and everything we've seen suggests that when both parents have abilities their children invariably do too: Claire and Sylar (despite both of them being raised by normals), Nathan and Peter, Micah. We don't know if it happens in a "mixed" marriage (what do we know about Matt's mother or whether Nathan's two sons have abilities?)

We also don't know if it happens when someone with "natural" powers and someone with "acquired" ones have a child (as may ultimately happen with Ando and Kimiko); if only Mohinder and Maya had stayed together we might have more to go on.

You're forgetting that Nathan was actually born without powers and given them synthetically with the formula. Two HEBs can produce a non-HEB.

I'm happy for Ando, but it was funnier when Kimiko was constantly being mean to him xDD
also, does anyone notice the resemblance between Kimiko and Cuddy from House? like seriously?

I'm sure she does have one and it will be revealed this season. She does have martial arts skills because we saw that in the GN's. I wonder what it will be? Also the question of Simon and Monty; I've posted about this in another forum and one of them will manifest an ability and will see soon I'm hoping. I can't wait to see this because I've been waiting for this for a while and for them to come into the story and join the others.
